摘要： Methods, systems, and engines are presented for synchronizing contents of removable storage devices with a multimedia network. In one implementation, a change in status of a connection between a removable storage device and a multimedia network is detected. A network inventory list of recordings is updated, triggered by the change in connection status. A change in the recording content, associated metadata, or digital rights of a recording may also trigger an update of the network inventory list. A network scheduler can use the updated network inventory list to accurately reflect those recordings actually available to the multimedia network for playback and recording, or available to an unauthorized user for purchase, including the recordings on removable storage devices.

摘要： An approach is presented for designing the polymeric recording layer for nanometer scale thermomechanical storage devices. Cross linked polymers are used as the recording layers in atomic force microscopy data storage devices, giving significantly improved performance when compared to the previously reported linear polymers. This results in superior wear resistance and enhanced erasing, critical features for the long-term multiple read-write cycles of such thermomechanical storage devices. In addition, this ability to introduce a predetermined extent of cross linking allows fine tuning of the thermal and force parameters in the R/W/E (read-write-erase) cycles.

A retraining flit is generated based on the minimum transition density. In one approach, the retraining flit is generated by defining control data and payload data for the retraining flit. The control data, the payload data and the error detection data have sufficient transitions to meet the minimum transition density.

摘要： The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods of implementing an analog neural network using a pipelined SRAM architecture (“PISA”) circuitry disposed in on-chip processor memory circuitry. The on-chip processor memory circuitry may include processor last level cache (LLC) circuitry. One or more physical parameters, such as a stored charge or voltage, may be used to permit the generation of an in-memory analog output using a SRAM array. The generation of an in-memory analog output using only word-line and bit-line capabilities beneficially increases the computational density of the PISA circuit without increasing power requirements. Thus, the systems and methods described herein beneficially leverage the existing capabilities of on-chip SRAM processor memory circuitry to perform a relatively large number of analog vector/tensor calculations associated with execution of a neural network, such as a recurrent neural network, without burdening the processor circuitry and without significant impact to the processor power requirements.
