    • A leak testing apparatus 1 includes a heat sensitive member 70 having a body 71 made of a material having high thermal conductivity. The body 71 is abutted against an outer surface of a workpiece 10 to close an opening of an inner space 11 of the workpiece 10. A pressure chamber 73 is formed inside the body 71 as arranged along the outer surface and as arranged over an area wider than the opening. Pressurized gas is introduced to the pressure chamber 73. Data on pressure change in the inner space 11 of the workpiece 10 is compensated based on inner pressure information regarding the pressure chamber 73, and leak judgment is made.

    • A signal processing apparatus includes the following elements.     • In an apparatus for controlling a flow rate of fuel to be supplied to a combustion chamber of a gas turbine engine having a turbine rotated by combustion gas injected from the combustion chamber and a compressor for compressing air to be supplied to the combustion chamber, a first fuel flow rate at starting of the engine is calculated based on at least the detected output pressure of the compressor. In addition, a second fuel flow rate at starting of the engine is calculated based on at least the detected temperature of the inflowing air, the exhaust gas temperature and the rotational speed of the compressor, one of the first and second fuel flow rates is selected based on the detected exhaust gas temperature and operation of a fuel metering valve is controlled based on the selected fuel flow rate, thereby enabling to prevent white smoke at engine starting even when the engine is in the unstable range where the exhaust gas temperature is low.
