摘要： A method for manufacturing a printing plate is realizes a precise and fine pattern by minimizing a variation of etching critical dimension. The method includes forming a hard mask having an opening on an insulating substrate; forming a first trench having a first depth in the insulating substrate using the hard mask; coating, patterning and developing a first photoresist over an entire surface of the insulating substrate including the hard mask; and forming at least a second trench having a second depth in the insulating substrate using the hard mask, wherein the second depth is deeper than the first depth.

摘要： A disc chucking apparatus for seating a disc on a turntable in the rotatable state and a disc player having such a disc chucking apparatus is provided. The disc chucking apparatus includes a chuck bracket having a clamper for clamping a disc to a turntable; and a lifting/lowering unit for lifting or lowering the chuck bracket to move the disc to a clamping position where the disc is seated on the turntable in the rotatable state or to a clamping standby position where the disc is separated from the turntable. The lifting/lowering unit includes: a first protrusion part formed at one of first and second ends of the chuck bracket; and a first slider having a first guide slot part formed to be opposite to the first protrusion part so that the first guide slot part receives and guides the first protrusion part to lift or lower the chuck bracket, wherein the first slider is mounted to be capable of reciprocating in the disc loading direction and selectively connected to a power transmission unit, which transmits power from a driving motor, depending on its moving position, thereby being reciprocated. According to the present invention, because the chuck bracket for fixing a clamper for clamping a disc is directly driven by the first slider which is selectively connected to a power transmission unit and reciprocated without intervention of a separate power transmission member such as a subordinate chassis, power transmission to the chuck bracket is smooth and the operation of the chuck can be smoothly executed.

The disk loading apparatus includes a main chassis to which a transferring roller for transferring a disk is installed, a transmission unit installed to the main chassis for transferring a power to the transferring roller, a slider installed to the main chassis and moved in a direction of loading and unloading the disk, a first interlocking unit installed to the main chassis for guiding the disk into a chucking position, a second interlocking unit installed to the main chassis and operating in cooperation with the first interlocking unit and the slider, and a locking lever installed to the main chassis for selectively locking the first interlocking unit. It can reduce the number of components, and decrease a power loss generated at the transmission.
