摘要： A material that can be used in a wide temperature range is provided. A graphene compound includes graphene or graphene oxide and a substituted or unsubstituted chain group, the chain group includes two or more ether bonds, and the chain group is bonded to the above graphene or graphene oxide through a Si atom. Alternatively, a method for forming a graphene compound includes a first step and a second step after the first step. In the first step, graphene oxide and a base are stirred under a nitrogen stream. In the second step, the mixture is cooled to room temperature, a silylating agent that has a group having two or more ether bonds is introduced into the mixture, and the obtained mixture is stirred. The base is butylamine, pentylamine, hexylamine, diethylamine, dipropylamine, dibutylamine, triethylamine, tripropylamine, or pyridine.

摘要： According to the present invention, there are provided processes for preparing a porous composite material comprising a metal and a two-dimensional nanomaterial. In one aspect, the processes comprise the steps of: providing a powder comprising metal particles; heating the powder such that the metal particles fuse to form a porous scaffold; and forming a two-dimensional nanomaterial on a surface of the porous scaffold by chemical vapour deposition (CVD). 摘要： This application describes a thermal interface material, and preparation and application thereof. Specifically, a thermal interface material is described. The thermal interface material is obtained by bending and folding, optional horizontal pressing and optional high-temperature treatment of a laminated structure. Two-dimensional high-thermal-conductivity nano-plates on the upper surface and the lower surface of the thermal interface material have a horizontal stack structure. Two-dimensional high-thermal-conductivity nano-sheets located between the upper surface and the lower surface of the thermal interface material have both a vertical stack structure and a curved stack structure. Also described are a preparation method and application of the thermal interface material. The thermal interface material combines excellent thermal conductivity and compressibility; the preparation method has the characteristics of simple process, low costs, safety and environmental protection, and accordingly, the thermal interface material can effectively resolve the heat dissipation problem of electronic products.

摘要： The present invention relates to a preparation method of fluorinated graphene. The method for preparing fluorinated graphene, including the following steps: S1), under the protection of inert gas, the graphene undergoes a fluorination reaction with a first fluorinating agent, the reaction temperature is 150-550° C., the reaction time is 2-20 h, and a fluorinated graphene crude product is obtained. The graphene is graphene powder, or a graphene film; the first fluorinating agent includes fluorine gas; S2), under the protection of inert gas, the fluorinated graphene crude product undergoes a fluorination reaction with a second fluorinating agent, the reaction temperature is 150-400° C., the reaction time is 2-10 h, and a fluorinated graphene is obtained. The second fluorinating agent is gas-phase fluoride. By using the method, fluorinated graphene having a high fluorine content can be prepared, the fluorine content is close to the theoretical level, and the defect density is low.
