    • A banding strap has an elongate member made from a flexible, resilient material. The elongate member has a stop section and a seat section. The stop section has one or more stops spaced along elongate member and each stop has a diameter that is greater than a diameter of elongate member. The seat section defines a seat that faces the stop section along the elongate member and a gap above the seat relative to the elongate member that is sized to receive the elongate member. The gap has a width that is less than diameter of the one or more stops. The seat defines a cavity that restrains one of the stops against a force applied along the elongate member. The stop section engages the seat section by bending the elongate member around such that the elongate member is substantially parallel to itself at the stop section and the seat section.

    • A clamping apparatus includes a grommet having a slit and adapted to conform to a surface of a tubular member. The clamping apparatus further includes a clamping bracket having a clamping arcuate portion adapted to abut at least a portion of a surface of grommet and a base bracket having a base arcuate portion adapted to abut at least a portion of the surface of the grommet. The clamping bracket further includes at least one recessed portion and at least one clamping bracket hole. The base bracket further includes at least one base bracket hole. The at least one clamping bracket hole is adapted to coaxially align with the at least one base bracket hole to receive a fastening member. The base arcuate portion and clamping arcuate portion define a passageway between the clamping and the base bracket to receive the grommet along with the tubular member coaxially therein.

    • The disclosed device provides an improved mounting assembly for supporting elongated items or bundles against a support surface having a bore. The assembly provides a mount including an integrally formed flexible tie for retaining the items. The tie includes a hinge member to allow the tie to encircle the elongate items, to apply an even circumferential force against the items, and to align the items with the bore. The tie further includes an aperture having a pawl, which engages the flexible strap when it is inserted in the aperture to secure the elongate items. The device also includes a mounting stud having a plurality of branch rows, each row including a plurality of longitudinally spaced branches. The branches extend radially outwardly from a center section and each terminates in a distal end, with the distal ends of branches in adjacent branch rows defining an interrupted helical path.
