摘要： A fence panel has pinched end connections. The ends of the rails are pinched such that they are flattened from their normal diameter, which are secured to the posts, for example, by welding. A center post may also be used, where its ends are pinched and secured to the middle of the rails. Likewise, additional rails may be utilized, each with pinched ends, and secured to the appropriate posts. The fence panels with pinched ends of particular members may be offset stacked on top of each other to create a nested stack of fence panels that is more stable and compact for transport.

The holding strap includes a chemically pre-treated strap component, an epoxy resin chemically bonded to the pre-treated strap component, and a hook component comprising a cavity that is configured and sized to receive at least a portion of the strap component, the epoxy resin being chemically bonded to internal surfaces of the cavity, so as to form the holding strap.

In one embodiment, the method of installing the load-securement apparatus comprises attaching the first load restrainer to the first anchor member, attaching the first anchor member to the shipping container adjacent a side wall, attaching the second load restrainer to the second anchor member, attaching the second anchor member to the shipping container adjacent another side wall, attaching the first load restrainer to the second load restrainer such that part of the first load restrainer and part of the second load restrainer both contact the load, and tensioning the attached first and second load restrainers to a designated tension.

摘要： A binding belt tensioner is provided, it relates to a ratchet type binding tool, and its structure includes a fastener, a wrenching part, a ratchet, a fixing binding belt and a tensioning binding belt, etc. Mainly, the ratchet shaft of the racket for winding the tensioning binding belt is provided with a coil spring and a coil spring locking mechanism which are coaxially mounted; when the ratchet shaft rotates for belt outputting, the coil spring can be driven synchronously to wind and compress the ratchet shaft to form elastic potential energy, and the elastic potential energy of the coil spring is locked by the coil spring locking mechanism; when the coil spring locking mechanism is operated to release the elastic potential energy of the coil spring, then the ratchet shaft is driven to automatically quickly rewind the tensioning binding belt for use of the binding belt tensioner next time. Therefore, by additionally disposing the coil spring and the coil spring locking mechanism on the ratchet shaft, while the fast and reliable binding of the goods by the binding belt tensioner is not affected, the binding belt tensioner has the advantages of portability in belt collecting, labor saving in operation and the like, such that the loading and unloading efficiency of the goods is improved and loading and unloading of the goods become simpler and ordered.
