摘要： The present invention provides an electric pump, the electric pump comprising: a motor unit which includes a shaft, a rotor coupled to the shaft, and a stator disposed outside the rotor; a pump unit which includes a first rotor including a first lobe coupled to the motor unit and having a plurality of gear teeth, and a second rotor disposed outside the first rotor and including a second lobe; and a second cover including a second surface on which the pump unit is disposed, wherein the second surface has a second suction port and a second discharge port disposed thereon, and the second suction port provided on the second surface includes a third protrusion protruding to the inside of the second suction port. The angle formed by a first line connecting the center of the first rotor and the center of the second rotor, and a second line connecting the center of the first rotor and a distal end of the third protrusion is inversely proportional to the number of gear teeth of the first lobe.

摘要： An automatic transmission has an oil pump driven by a travelling driving source. An air vent structure that expels air bubbles contained in automatic transmission fluid during pump operation has an air vent hole whose one end communicates with an outlet port of the oil pump and whose other end opens toward the oil pan. An air vent tube is connected to an opening end of the air vent hole. The air vent tube is extended up to a strainer lower side gap area located between a strainer and the oil pan, and a tube opening end of the air vent tube is placed in oil of the automatic transmission fluid.

摘要： A pump assembly includes a housing, and first and second rotor that are rotatable within the housing and mesh with each other. The pump assembly includes wear plates arranged on opposing sides of the rotors and a separation mechanism that is engageable with the wear plates and enables axial movement of the wear plates relative to the rotors. The wear plates are normally biased to be disengaged from the rotors and axially moveable to engage the rotors when pressure in the pump assembly exceeds a predetermined pressure threshold. The rotors may be lobe gears that each include a plurality of lobes. The lobes may include wiper retaining recesses that retain wiper inserts and the walls of the wiper retaining recesses may have pressure trapping grooves that enable trapped fluid to flow out of the wiper retaining recesses for pressure relief.
