摘要： A circuit board connector is provided. The circuit board connector includes: a connector housing which is mounted on a circuit board; and a terminal which is press-fitted into the terminal press-fitting hole of the connector housing. The terminal includes: a terminal connecting portion which is disposed through the rear side of the connector housing to be connected to a mating connector; a press-fitting portion to be fixed to the connector housing; a board fixing portion fixed to the circuit board by soldering; and a coupling portion extending and bent toward a side of the circuit board to couple the press-fitting portion with the board fixing portion. The circuit board connector also includes a stress absorbing portion provided with a center hole which is provided on a midway of the coupling portion so as to absorb a stress by being deformed.

摘要： A self-locking wire terminal assembly and a shape memory wire termination system includes an electrical terminal constructed with spring legs which provide two opposing points of contact on a mating electrical conductive pin. The points of contact prevent the pin from being removed. The shape memory termination system is formed by electrically coupling a clip assembly to shape memory wire and to an electrical source. In one embodiment, the shape memory wire causes an actuator to activate when the shape memory wire dissipates electrical power. The terminal assemblies may be manufactured by assembling wire with conduction pads onto a continuous reel. The terminal assemblies may be formed from the reel by trimming wire and linkages between the conduction pads.

摘要： In an electrical connector, one or more contacts may be inserted into a base housing. The contacts A may be stamped from a sheet of electrically conductive material. A housing cover may be assembled onto the base housing. The base housing and housing cover may be molded from an electrically insulating material. A structure may be provided for retaining the contacts in the housing. Angled surfaces on the cover come into contact with lead-in surfaces on beams of the contacts. Downward motion of the cover towards the base cams the contact beams outward to a specified distance, thus creating a preload situation of the contact beams against the surfaces. The contacts may be bifurcated or single beam contacts.
