摘要： A composite board formed by a metal substrate connected to a decorative outer layer and a method for manufacturing the same are revealed. A first thermoplastic rubber (TPR) adhesive layer synthesized by butadiene-styrene block copolymer and hydrocarbon petroleum resin is disposed on the metal substrate by hot press. A part of the first TPR adhesive layer with a thickness of 40-50 μm is infiltrated into micro concave holes on the metal substrate. A second TPR adhesive layer is attached to the decorative outer layer by a roller without being infiltrated into micro holes on the decorative outer layer. Then the metal substrate and the decorative outer layer are treated by hot press laminating to form an integral composite board due to the first and the second TPR adhesive layers connected tightly. The composite board is deep processed to produce a housing with good strength and beautiful appearance.

The barrier comprises a first exterior-directed layer, an intermediate layer, and a third interior-directed layer. The first layer comprises a sheet having an exterior-directed surface and an interior-directed surface, and a coating disposed on the exterior-directed surface of the sheet. The intermediate layer comprises a sheet having an exterior-directed surface and an interior-directed surface, and an aluminum layer adhered to the exterior-directed surface of the intermediate layer. The third layer comprises a sheet of similar or same material as that of the first sheet. An adhesive is disposed between both the adjacent layers and the layers are calendered together to form the composite laminate barrier.

The method comprises: (a) a step of laminating a plurality of glass fiber boards to form a core, wherein the glass fiber boards are produced by a papermaking method using glass fiber dispersed in an inorganic binder; (b) a step of forming an outer cover having a structure in which a surface protection layer, a metal barrier layer, and an adhesive layer are laminated; (c) a step of producing a getter by packing quicklime (CaO) powder in a pouch; (d) a step of attaching the getter onto the core, or inserting the getter into the surface of the core; and (e) a step of forming the outer cover into a bag body, inserting the core from step (d) into the bag body, and sealing the bag body, thereby improving long-term durability of the vacuum insulation panel.

The coating consists essentially of a filler material comprising clay and a binder material. The substrate is preferably fiberglass, the filler material may further comprise at least one additional filler selected from the group consisting of decabromodiphenyloxide, antimony trioxide, fly ash, charged calcium carbonate, mica, glass microspheres and ceramic microspheres and mixtures thereof and the binder material is preferably acrylic latex. The metallic component is preferably aluminum foil. The composite material has heat insulating and fire resistant characteristics.

The paper board comprises a kraft paper, a glue layer located on the kraft paper, and an aluminium plating film located on the glue layer. The method of making a paper board comprises: step 1, providing a kraft paper; step 2, providing an aluminium plating film; step 3, compounding the aluminium plating film to the kraft paper via glue. In step 3, the aluminium plating film is closely attached to the kraft paper with glue through pressing, so as to form a composite paper board. The method of making the paper board of the present invention is simple and reduces the cost. The paper board has a reliable quality, a long endurance, a beautiful appearance, and a low cost.
