    • A chlorine dioxide generator includes a container body deformable in response to application of a force from the outside. The container body contains therein a solid acidic composition and an aqueous chlorite solution under a non-contact state from each other. The solid acidic composition comprises a porous material containing an acidic substance. The aqueous chlorite solution is sealed within an easily breakable enclosure. In operation, when the container body is deformed, the enclosure contained therein is broken to bring the aqueous chlorite solution into contact with the solid acidic composition, whereby chlorine dioxide gas is generated. This generated chlorine dioxide gas is discharged via a gas discharge port to the outside of the container body.

    • A reformer tube processing and filling system is provided for ensuring uniformity of reformer tube flow rates and reactivity. The disclosed invention provides a system for detecting and removing tube obstructions, as well as an automated process for verifying the flow rate for each tube and identifying tubes with abnormal flow rates to remove a source of human error and conserve labor costs. An automated tube filling system provides a calibrated fill mechanism coordinated with a calibrated loading rope withdrawal mechanism to ensure loading consistency. A lack of vibrating parts ensures a low dust count, and what little dust is present is removed via a built-in vacuum outlet in the loader.

    • The present invention relates to a method for producing a catalyst slurry blend suitable for polymerizing ethylene in an ethylene polymerization loop reactor for obtaining an at least trimodal polyethylene product, comprising the steps of: transferring a first ethylene polymerization catalyst at a first mass flow rate to a mixing vessel, simultaneously transferring a second ethylene polymerization catalyst at a second mass flow rate to said mixing vessel, thereby in situ providing a catalyst slurry blend, wherein said second ethylene polymerization catalyst is different from the first ethylene polymerization catalyst, adjusting and monitoring said first and second mass flow rates, thereby obtaining said catalyst slurry blend at a concentration suitable for polymerizing ethylene, and feeding said catalyst slurry blend to an ethylene polymerization double loop reactor producing said at least trimodal polyethylene product.
