    • A static elimination device is proposed for eliminating static electricity on the surface of a large-size glass substrate. The static elimination device includes a rotation axis and an electrostatic neutralizer. The rotation axis is installed outside a cassette in which the glass substrate is installed. The electrostatic neutralizer is permanently connected to the rotation axis. The rotation axis is driven to rotate, causing the electrostatic neutralizer centered on the rotation axis to rotate back and forth at a specific angle. The static elimination device of the present invention features simple structure, low fuel consumption and high efficiency, low cost, and high efficiency in static elimination. Owing to these features, the static elimination device of the present invention could work very well for the glass substrate of an arbitrary size. A cassette including the static elimination device is also proposed.

    • The present invention provides a stacker and a static elimination device for the same. The static elimination device is provided at both sides of each shelf of the stacker, comprising: a rectangular box which can produce charged ions, wherein a rotary shaft is provided through and connected with the rectangular box; both ends of the rotary shaft are respectively fixed on upper and lower shelf holders respectively; a standpipe parallel with the rotary shaft is provided inside the rectangular box; the vertical direction of the standpipe is provided with a horizontal transverse plate, and the horizontal transverse plate vertically is provided with an ion generator; a blowing device also is provided on the standpipe, and the blowing device blows the charged ions generated and released from the ion generator into and out of a cartridge of the shelf through the long strip slit direction. The present invention provides the static elimination device at both sides of each shelf of the stacker, which can blow the charged ions of the glass substrate inside the cartridge along the direction of the cartridge passing in and out. Thus, the static of the glass substrate inside the cartridge will be eliminated to improve the product yield.

    • The present invention provides an aligning apparatus for glass substrate to properly align the glass substrate during transfer along a conveyor. The aligning apparatus includes a plurality of rollers, at least a pair of directional beams, at least a pair of positioning devices, a piston, and a detecting device. The detecting device is used to detect whether there is an offset of the glass substrate during the transportation, and the piston will be triggered once an offset is found and determined. The piston will move the positioning device such that a portion of the positioning device which extends to the roller will push the offset glass substrate so as to bring the glass substrate back to the correct position. The present invention also discloses a method to conduct the alignment of the glass substrate. By the disclosure of the present invention, the glass substrate transferred on the rollers can be automatically adjusted and aligned once an offset is found.
