摘要： To effectively record files onto a semiconductor memory, a file recording apparatus has a plurality of file buffers provided for the respective files. Data requested to be written is accumulated in a corresponding file buffer. A judgment is made as to whether data having been accumulated reaches the size of one block, which is a unit of erasing the semiconductor memory. If it is judged that data accumulated in one of the file buffers or in the plurality of file buffers in total has reached the block size, the accumulated data is written into a free block of the semiconductor memory.

摘要： The objective of the present invention is to have a desired screen displayed with shortened waiting time in using functions for the electronic note, etc., while engaging in telephone talk. Another prime objective of the present invention is to achieve an easy-to-use mobile information terminal equipment which also functions as an electronic note, word processor, personal computer, and so on. In transmitting from telephone mode (cover closed status) to information terminal mode (cover opened status), the screen to be displayed is determined to be either a historical information, talk log information, or user setting screen. The silencer is provided with a conductive noise absorbing material, and is fixed to a vehicle body through a metallic fixing jig. Thus, the noise absorbing material is earthed to the vehicle body so that it is possible to prevent static electricity from being generated in the use of the fuel cell vehicle such as in a low humidity environment.

The solder fine particles (14) naturally fall down by the gravity, thereby reaching the substrate (20). The solder fine particles (14) reached on the pad electrodes on the substrate (20) stay there due to the gravity, and spread on the surfaces of the pad electrodes after the solder wet time, thereby forming solder coating.
