    • A power-saving control apparatus includes a memory storing first to Nth different authentication codes, determines, every time a signal including an authentication code is received, whether the authentication code in the received signal is a valid code which matches one of the authentication codes in the memory, outputs an operation signal to a main apparatus when the authentication code in the received signal is determined to be the valid code, and generates a new authentication code, when (a) the number of times the authentication code in each received signal matches a first authentication code of the authentication codes in the memory is equal to a predetermined value or (b) the authentication code in the received signal matches a second or subsequent authentication code of the authentication codes in the memory, to delete one of the authentication codes in the memory, and to store the new authentication code in the memory.

    • A room temperature fast-curing organopolysiloxane composition which has excellent fast curability as well as deep curability is provided without using an organic compound having C═O group and the organic compound having NH2 group which are the volatile components. A method for curing such composition is also provided. The room temperature fast-curing organopolysiloxane composition comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a diorganopolysiloxane having both ends terminated with hydroxy group and/or a hydrolyzable group; (B) 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a silane and/or a siloxane having at least 3 alkenoxysilyl groups in its molecule and being capable of forming a compound having —NH2 group by hydrolysis; (C) 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a silane and/or a siloxane having at least 3 aminosilyl groups in its molecule and being capable of forming a compound having —NH2 group by hydrolysis; and (D) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a curing catalyst.

    • An information communication scheme for enabling the radio base station to carry out both point-to-point user information communications and point-to-multipoint user information communications with respect to radio terminals is disclosed. A first media access control identifier is allocated to a radio terminal which made a connection request, a correspondence between the first media access identifier and the radio terminal is broadcast, and a user information destined to the radio terminal is transmitted using a time-slot corresponding to the first media access control identifier. On the other hand, a second media access control identifier is allocated to a multicast information identifier, a correspondence between the second media access control identifier and the multicast information identifier is transmitted, and the multicast information is transmitted using a time-slot corresonding to the second media access control identifier.
