The thin film transistor includes a data line intersecting the gate line, a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the data line and including a drain electrode, and a coupling electrode connected to the drain electrode, overlapping the capacitive electrode, and having a through-hole disposed on the capacitive electrode. The thin film transistor includes a passivation layer disposed on the gate line, the data line, and the thin film transistor and having a contact hole that penetrates the through-hole and exposes the capacitive electrode, and a pixel electrode including a first subpixel electrode connected to the drain electrode and a second subpixel electrode connected to the capacitive electrode through the contact hole.

摘要： In a display apparatus, a light generating part generates a first light in response to a driving signal, and a first driving part outputs a panel driving signal. A display panel receives the first light from the light generating part and a second light externally provided, and displays an image in response to the panel driving signal. A light sensing part is disposed in the display panel so as to output a sensing signal corresponding a light amount of the second light. A second driving part compares the sensing signal with a predetermined reference value, and outputs a driving signal in accordance with the compared result. Thus, the display apparatus may reduce an electrical power consumed to drive the display apparatus.

The repair line is formed from a pixel metal layer that is identical to the pixel electrode to be spaced apart from the pixel electrode, and is formed along the first direction to be overlapped with the gate line. Therefore, the repair line may repair electric defects of the gate line.

The gate driving part outputs a gate signal, and the data driving part outputs a data signal. The display panel displays an image in response to the gate signal and the data signal. A pixel voltage of the display panel is reduced by a kickback voltage varied based on a gray scale and induced when the gate signal falls. The kickback voltage compensating part compensates an image control signal externally provided to the kickback voltage compensating part for the kickback voltage to output a data control signal to the data driving part.
