摘要： The invention relates to a blade and a rotor for a gas turbine and to a method of joining blade parts of a gas turbine, a blade-body section (1) and at least one further blade part (4, 16, 21) being provided, and the blade-body section (1) being provided with at least one end joining area (2 , 3) and the further blade part (4, 16, 21) being provided with an end joining area (6, 18, 24), an inductor (10) being arranged so as to be adjacent to the joining areas (2, 3, 6, 18, 24) of the blade-body section (1) and of the second blade part (4, 16, 21), the joining areas (2, 3, 6, 18, 24) of the blade-body section (1) and of the further blade part (4, 16, 21) being positioned essentially in alignment with and at a distance from one another, and the blade-body section (1) and the second blade part (4, 16, 21) being welded to one another by energizing the inductor (10) with a high-frequency current and by bringing them together with their joining areas (2, 3, 6, 18, 24) touching one another (FIG. 1).

The enclosure arrangement has the advantage that workpieces with irregular contours can be enclosed in a cost-effective and fast manner and can be finished or repaired.

摘要： In a repair method for lengthening turbine blades having undersized blade lengths, a sheet metal strip is preformed in a U-shape and is then used as a support form, for which it is tightly pressed against the upper blade contour in a force-locking and exactly contour-fitting manner by an outer synthetic material surround molding. The sheet metal strip is arranged in such a manner that it protrudes beyond the blade tip and protrudes out of the pressing synthetic material mass. In order to lengthen the turbine blade, the space within the sheet metal strip that protrudes beyond the blade tip is filled by laser deposit or build-up welding. Furthermore, a particular support form is provided for carrying out the lengthening of the turbine blade, and a method for producing the support form is described.

摘要： A repair process for blades of turboengines damaged in the head or edge regions in which the damaged regions are first separated to leave an undamaged blade stump with an exposed, repair surface. The repair surface of the blade stump is prepared for butt welding and a repair plate of constant thickness which exceeds the maximum profile height of the blade by more than 50% is provided with a front surface adapted to the repair surface. This front surface of the repair plate is abutted against the repair surface and the blade stump and the repair blade are then butt welded. The weld joint and the repair plate are machined to the profile contour of the blade stump and to the desired blade profile. This process is used for the repair of blades of integral rotor disks of turboengines, particularly for blades of integral compressor impellers.
