摘要： A method of manufacturing a display panel includes forming a first display substrate including a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of test signal lines, and a plurality of test pads, forming a second display substrate including a common electrode, forming a short point at a position corresponding to the test pads, dividing the second display substrate into a plurality of regions insulated from each other, aligning and attaching the first display substrate and the second display substrate to each other, removing an edge portion of the first display substrate to expose an edge portion of the second display substrate, and applying a voltage to the first display substrate and the second display substrate through a voltage application portion of the exposed edge portion of the second display substrate.

Each of the pixel electrodes includes a first longitudinal edge adjacent to a first data line and a second longitudinal edge adjacent to a second data line adjacent to the first data line. A first distance between an edge of the first longitudinal edge and the first data line is larger than a second distance between the second longitudinal edge and an edge of the second data line.

The first substrate includes a first drain electrode electrically connected with the first data line, and a second drain electrode electrically connected with the second data line, a pixel electrode which comprises a first sub-pixel electrode electrically connected with one of the first and second drain electrodes, and a second sub-pixel electrode separated from the first sub-pixel electrode and electrically connected with the other one of the first and second drain electrodes. A semiconductor layer is disposed between the data wires and the insulating substrate. An ohmic contact layer is disposed between the semiconductor layer and the data wires, and directly contacts the semiconductor layer and the data wires. A light blocking layer is disposed between at least a part of the data wires and the insulating substrate.

摘要： A gate driver includes multiple stages. Each stage has a circuit portion and a wiring portion. The wiring portion delivers first and second clock signals to the circuit portion. Further, the wiring portion includes first and second clock wirings receiving the first and second clock signal, respectively, first connecting wirings electrically connecting the first clock wiring with a first every other stage, and second connecting wirings electrically connecting the second clock wiring with the odd-numbered stages. Further, the wiring portion includes third connecting wirings electrically connecting the first connecting wiring with a second every other stage and fourth connecting wirings electrically connecting the second connecting wiring with the even-numbered stages. This configuration may prevent the gate driver from operating erroneously and reduce power consumed by the gate driver.
