摘要： A scheduling technique useful in a mesh network includes scheduling a selected amount of traffic in the mesh network using a linear program approach that minimizes a time for the selected amount of traffic to reach its intended destination. The linear program is subject to a plurality of constraints that insure that the selected amount of traffic will reach its intended destination within the minimized time. An example is disclosed that uses such a technique for a mesh network having a root node that is a base station for wireless communications and a plurality of child nodes that comprise subscriber stations. A disclosed example is useful for centralized scheduling in a Wimax mesh network.

摘要： This invention provides a process for preparing a strontium titanate powder, which comprises reacting a solution containing Ti4+ or a solution containing Sr2+, or a mixed solution containing Ti4+ and Sr2+ with an alkali solution in a high gravity reactor at a temperature of from about 60° C. to about 100° C. The strontium titanate powder prepared according to the process of the present invention has a small average particle size, narrow size distribution, integrated crystal form, and spheric form. It can be used as a raw material for dielectric, piezoelectric, resistant, sensitive ceramics and other ceramics. Furthermore, the process of the invention for preparing a strontium titanate powder in the high gravity reactor can be used for the continuous preparation of strontium titanate powder.

摘要： The invention relates to a method of circular use of waste brine produced in the manufacture process of MDI, comprising the following steps: (1) the waste brine produced in the manufacture process of MDI is subjected to a high-gravity extraction and then to a column extraction, wherein said waste brine contains aniline, diaminodiphenylmethane and polyamine; (2) the waste brine from step (1) is transmitted to a stripping tower for steam stripping; (3) the waste brine from the stripping tower of step (2) and a chemical oxidant are transmitted to an oxidation reactor to which air is blown for aeration; (4) the waste brine after the treatment of step (3) is transmitted to an absorption tower for absorption. The invention makes the salt water have TOC of less than 8 ppm and TN of less than 2.5 ppm and achieves regeneration of resources in the waste brine such as sodium chloride and water and the like for circular use.
