摘要： Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an electroconductive material-filled throughhole substrate that is free from any void part in the electroconductive material filled into the throughholes. The method comprises forming an electroconductive base layer on one side of a core substrate having throughholes, and precipitating and growing an electroconductive material from one direction within the throughholes by electroplating using the electroconductive base layer as a seed layer to fill the electroconductive material into the throughholes without forming any void part and thus to manufacture an electroconductive material-filled throughhole substrate.

摘要： Disclosed are a multilayer wiring board, which has a high degree of freedom of wiring design and can realize high-density wiring, and a method which can simply manufacture the multilayer wiring board. The multilayer wiring board comprises a core substrate and two or more wiring layers provided on the core substrate through an electrical insulating layer. The core substrate has a plurality of throughholes filled with an electroconductive material, and the front side and back side of the core substrate have been electrically conducted to each other by the electroconductive material. The throughholes have an opening diameter in the range of 10 to 100 μm. An insulation layer and an electroconductive material diffusion barrier layer are also provided, and the electroconductive material is filled into the throughholes through the insulation layer. A first wiring layer provided through an electrical insulating layer on the core substrate is connected to the electroconductive material filled into the throughhole through via.

摘要： A vacuum pumping apparatus includes a pump housing 1 and a motor housing 8. The housings 1 and 8 are fastened together so as to be a sealed structure by O-rings 51-58 interposed therebetween. A shaft 17 of a driving device 70 and a driving shaft 15 carrying a rotor 2a are detachably connected via a coupling 91. During operation of the apparatus, a rotor chamber 41 in the pump housing 1 and a motor chamber 43 in the motor housing 8 are equalized in pressure, which requires no mechanical seal therebetween. The coupling 91 facilitates easy removal or detachment of a motor part B from a pump part A, which results in convenient maintenance of the pump part A.

摘要： In a presser foot unit for a sewing machine, a holding member including a presser foot holding knuckle is provided. A presser foot having a pair of knuckles at the back end of the presser foot is also included. The knuckles on the presser foot are spaced apart to receive the presser foot holding knuckle. A presser foot support pin extends through the pair of knuckles on the presser foot and also through a groove in the presser foot holding knuckle, thereby mounting the presser foot to the holding member such that the presser foot can pivot about the support pin. The presser foot holding knuckle also forms curved protrusions that engage the pair of knuckles on the presser foot, such that the presser foot is constrained from moving laterally relative to the holding member. In addition, a spring is supported by the holding member for biasing the presser foot against a piece fabric during operation of the sewing machine. The spring includes an arm portion having a bent extremity that is inserted in a first opening formed in the holding member. Another longer arm portion of the spring engages the presser foot.

摘要： A thread trimming device for a lockstitch bar tacking sewing machine is equipped with a thread trimming unit comprising a detecting member which is rotatably supported by a sewing machine body and has a detecting portion, a first position detecting means which is fixedly mounted on said sewing machine body in such a way as to be capable of facing the detecting portion of the detecting member and which produces a thread trimming signal for starting thread trimming when the detecting portion approaches thereto and a driving unit for driving a thread trimming cam link in such a way as to bring the contact portion of a thread cam link in contact with the cam surface of a thread trimming cam for trimming a needle and a bobbin threads based on the thread trimming signal. As a result, the mechanical components thereof becomes simple in structure and easy in adjustment, and those relating to the thread trimming operation are improved in durability. The torque of an arm shaft is reduced and equalized, so that it is possible to equalize a stitch pattern and finish a well-balanced sewn product.
