摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide to a compound and a pharmaceutical composition, which have excellent Syk-inhibitory activity. The present invention provides a nicotinamide derivative represented by the following formula (I) (wherein R1 represents a halogen atom; R2 represents a C1-12 alkyl group, a C2-12 alkenyl group, a C2-12 alkynyl group, a C3-8 cycloalkyl group, an aryl group, an ar-C1-6 alkyl group or a heterocyclic group, each optionally having at least one substituent; R3 represents an aryl group or a heterocyclic group each optionally having at least one substituent; and R4 and R5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom; and R2 and R4 may form a cyclic amino group optionally having at least one substituent together with the nitrogen atom to which they bind) or a salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment of a Syk-related disease which comprises the nicotinamide derivative or a salt thereof.

摘要： A solid-state imaging device and an electronic device that includes the solid-state imaging device prevents shifting of a photoelectric conversion region due to long-wavelength light passing to subsurface portions of the solid-state imagine device. The device include a photo diode having an upper layer of a first conductivity type formed over a second layer having an accumulation region of a second conductivity type. The upper layer is a light-receiving portion of the photodiode. A multi-stage element isolation layer is included and has a plurality of layers of the first conductivity type, such that a first lateral side of a first stage of the multi-stage layer abuts the accumulation portion, and a second stage of the multi-stage layer is separated by a width W from the accumulation region of an intermediate portion of a second conductivity type.

摘要： A direct injection internal combustion engine employs a spray guided combustion method, wherein a fuel spray injected from a fuel injection valve is collected at an electrode section of a spark plug so that satisfactorily high combustion performance may be achieved even with a small amount of injected fuel. The engine includes spray control posts 30 arranged on both sides of the spark plug 5, for guiding the fuel injected from the fuel injection valve 4 to be directed toward the electrode section 10 of the spark plug 5.

摘要： The present invention provides a process for producing a 4(3H)-quinazolinone derivative, which is useful as a medicinal substance, with better efficiency in an industrial scale. The process comprises the steps of reacting 4-hydroxy-N-tert-butoxycarbonylpiperidine with 4-fluoro-1-nitrobenzene in the presence of sodium hydride, reacting the resulting product with cyclobutanone, reducing the resulting product to give 4-(1-cyclobutyl-4-piperidinyl)oxyaniline, and reacting this compound with 2-methyl-5-trifluoromethyl-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one to give 3-{4-[(1-cyclobutyl-4-piperidinyl)oxy]phenyl}-2-methyl-5-trifluoromethyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone.
