    • A heat exchanger, which performs heat exchanging between a lubricating oil circulating within a transfer device disposed behind an engine and an engine coolant, also functions as a mass member of a dynamic damper. The heat exchanger is disposed at an upper face of a transfer case via a resilient member. Herein, the resilient member is comprised of a first metal plate, a second metal plate, and a rubber member interposed between the first and second metal plates, and there are provided lubricating passages flowing within the resilient member. Accordingly, there can be provided the vibration suppression device of the power train that can suppress vibration properly regardless of the temperature changing and advantage the weight reduction without requiring any new disposition space.

    • An LSI device comprises: an FIFO buffer in which transmitting data is written, and from which the transmitting data is output in the order of the writing; a controller for transmitting the transmitting data to the FIFO buffer in response to a write interrupt signal; and an FIFO controller for generating and outputting the write interrupt signal to the controller in accordance with a state wherein the FIFO buffer is empty, and for variably setting a variable interval for the write interrupt signal. According to the present invention, since the FIFO controller can generate the write interrupt signal in accordance with the state wherein the FIFO buffer is empty, and can set a variable interval for the write interrupt signal, an optimal writing process for the system can be implemented, and the frequency at which communication errors occur can be reduced.

    • Disclosed is a flat display allowed to facilitate a maintenance work for a back light unit contained in the flat display. The flat display includes a frame, display unit, back light unit, and chassis. The frame is positioned on the front side and has a window portion. The display unit, which is of a transmission type and is formed in a flat shape, is assembled from the rear side to the frame in such a manner as to be matched with the window portion to form an image screen. The chassis is positioned on the rear side and is engaged with the frame while putting the display unit therebetween to form a flat containing space on the back surface side of the display unit. The back light unit 3 is a surface light source which is pre-assembled using a flat case, and is removably insertable in the containing space. The back light unit functions to illuminate the transmission type display unit from the back surface side.
