摘要： The storage system of the present invention reflects the intentions of the host device in data migration carried out by a storage device. The host manager registers the host-side data migration policy in advance in the operation management server. When the storage device initiates the data migration, the management server compares the storage-side data migration policy and the host-side data migration policy, and when the polices match, the storage device is permitted to carry out the data migration. When the policies do not match, the management server prohibits the storage device from carrying out the data migration. The management server counts the number of times that the policies do not match, and generates and sends a report to the managers in order to draw the attention of the host manager and the storage manager.

摘要： A discharge lamp lighting apparatus includes a transformer unit, a casing for housing the transformer unit, and a circuit board including circuit components. In the casing, the circuit board is joined to the casing and the transformer unit is fixed to the circuit board through a heat conductive member having thermal conductivity of more than 0.1 W/(m·k). Heat produced by the transformer unit is transferred to the casing through the heat conductive member and released through the casing effectively. In the lighting apparatus, therefore, while the transformer unit is arranged relatively close to the circuit components, the heat can be prevented from affecting the circuit components.

摘要： A fluorescent display tube is provided, which employs a non-evaporation type getter, instead of the evaporation-type Ba getter, whereby the serviceable life of the fluorescent substance containing SrTiO3 as a base component is prolonged. At least one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Zr, V, Fe, Ti, Ma, Mn, and La are used for the getter for fluorescent display tubes, each which employs a fluorescent substance containing SrTiO3 as a base component. This feature allows carbon series residual gases remaining in the tube to be removed, so that the serviceable operation can be prolonged.

摘要： An ignition coil includes a housing which contains a central core portion, an inner spool having a first winding, and an outer spool having a second winding. The inner spool extends outward of the central core portion. The outer spool extends outward of the inner spool. A locating member includes a locating rib adjacent to an upper portion of the central core portion. The locating rib is in a gap between the inner spool and the central core portion, and locates the inner spool and the central core portion relative to each other. Insulating resin injected into the housing provides insulation among parts in the housing. At least one of the inner spool and the locating member has a void-escape passage which connects the gap and an outside of the inner spool with each other, and which allows a void to escape from the injected insulating resin in the gap.

A fabric is provided at the outer surface of the teeth and the bottoms. A back rubber layer is integrally provided at the other surface of the toothed rubber layer. A plurality of cords are interposed at the interface between the toothed rubber layer and the back rubber layer. A large number of modified microfibers are intermixed throughout the toothed rubber layer. The modified microfibers consist of a copolymer of polyolefin and nylon fiber. The modified microfibers are oriented in the length direction of the toothed belt as a whole.
