    • A sliding switch for fastening a first object to a second object includes a base, an operating member, and a cooperating member. The operating member is connected to one side of the base. The cooperating member is connected to the other side of the base. The cooperating member defines a gap and projects a grasping member, the grasping member capable of holding the second object. The gap enables the operating member located at the inside of the first object when the sliding switch is located at a first position with respect to the first object. The sliding switch can move to the second position with respect to the first object to enable the operating member to pass out of a slot defined in the second object located at the exterior of the first object. The first position is different from the second position.

    • An optical disk drive includes a housing, a tray, a detecting switch, a slide actuating member, and a restricting structure. The tray is received in the housing for carrying a disk and is slidable relative to the housing to interchange between a closed position and an open position.     • A slide button, used for activating a mode of an electronic device by operating a toggle switch on a circuit board of the electronic device, includes an operating member, an activating member, and a positioning member. The operating member defines a first surface used for applying a force therein and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The activating member includes two tail fins and a positioning member respectively extending from the second surface. The tail fin defines an opening. The toggle switch is received in the opening.     • Provided is a method of controlling a fabrication cluster using a machine learning system, the machine learning system trained developed using an optical metrology model, the optical metrology model comprising a profile model, an approximation diffraction model, and a fine diffraction model. A simulated approximation diffraction signal is generated based on an approximation diffraction model of the structure. A set of difference diffraction signal is obtained by subtracting the simulated approximation diffraction signal from each of simulated fine diffraction signals and paired with the corresponding profile parameters. A first machine learning system is trained using the pairs of difference diffraction signal and corresponding profile parameters. A library of simulated fine diffraction signals and profile parameters is generated using the trained first machine learning system and using ranges and corresponding resolutions of the profile parameters. The library is used to train a second machine learning system. A measured diffraction signal is input into the trained second machine learning system to determine at least one profile parameter. The at least one profile parameter is used to adjust at least one process parameter or equipment setting of the fabrication cluster.
