    • An electric driving machine has a motor for rotating a flywheel, power transmission means for converting rotational drive force of the flywheel into rectilinear drive force and transmitting the rectilinear drive force to an actuator which fires a fastener, and engagement/disengagement means which transmits the rotational drive force of the flywheel to a driver blade or interrupts transmission of the rotational drive force. The electric driving machine is provided with a second switching element connected in series with the engagement/disengagement means and a third switching element connected in shunt with the engagement/disengagement means. When a push lever switch is in an OFF position where driving of a fastener is not ready, the third switching element is held in an ON state.

    • This invention provides a photovoltaic module for preventing insulation failure between an outer frame and connection leads. The photovoltaic module comprises: a photovoltaic submodule including a plurality of solar cells interposed between two light-transmitting substrates through the intermediary of an encapsulant and the connection leads extending from an edge between light-transmitting substrates and outputting generated electric currents; a terminal box attached near an edge of the photovoltaic submodule and housing connected parts between the connection leads and cables for outputting the electric currents to the outside; and an outer frame fitting over peripheral edges of the photovoltaic submodule. A side, of the light-receiving side light-transmitting substrate, from which the connection leads are pulled out, is made large so as to extend outward further than the other light-transmitting substrate. The connection leads are led out from the edge between the two light-transmitting substrates to be guided into the terminal box.

    • A phosphor screen is formed on an inner surface of a face portion whose outer surface is substantially flat. A shadow mask faces the phosphor screen. The shadow mask includes a perforated portion having a plurality of apertures, a non-perforated portion formed on a periphery of the perforated portion and a skirt portion formed on a periphery of the non-perforated portion. The non-perforated portion includes a pair of longer side portions each having an outer bead and an inner bead that are adjacent to each other and a pair of shorter side portions each having the outer bead and an inner bead that are adjacent to each other. In each of the pair of longer side portions, the spacing between the outer bead and the inner bead is at least 2 mm. This makes it possible to suppress wavy wrinkles generated in the perforated portion, so that the image quality of a color picture tube can be improved.
