    • A drive unit is provided for the coaxial twisting movement of two stabilizer halves of a motor vehicle axle stabilizer with a tubular housing. Two housing halves are provided having an interior of which a hydraulically movable actuating piston is arranged displaceably in relation to the longitudinal axis of the housing. The longitudinal displacement of the piston is converted by an intercalated cam drive into a rotary movement of the housing halves around their common longitudinal axis. The housing halves are fixed with their respective free ends facing away from one another at a stabilizer halve. A hydraulically actuated releasing piston is pretensioned against a spring element and arranged at each opposite flat sides of the actuating piston, wherein the releasing pistons make possible the displacing movement of the central actuating piston in the pretensioned position and fix the actuating piston in its middle position in the released position.

    • A two-chamber step bearing with hydraulic damping, especially for mounting engines in motor vehicles, has at least one fluid-filled working chamber and at least one compensating chamber connected thereto by an overflow channel. An additional, blockable spring element (10) is arranged in series after the first hydraulic damping spring element comprising the working chamber (1), the compensating chamber (2) and the overflow channel (11), wherein the spring element (10) is arranged in a separate pretensioning chamber (8), which is connected to the working chamber (1) and the compensating chamber (2) by at least two switching elements (16, 17) which can be controlled independently from one another, and wherein the pretensioning chamber (8) can be filled up with hydraulic fluid for blocking the additional spring element (10) by the vibrations introduced into the two-chamber step bearing from the engine.

    • A shifting device for an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle, in which a selector lever is pivotable within a shift gate around a selection axis located deeper than the said shift gate and is held by spring forces acting at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the shift gate against locking elements. The arrangement allows bridging over shift contacts for the stepwise shifting of the gears of the transmission.

    • A hydraulically actuatable swing clamp, particularly for the clamping of objects on the table of a machine tool, includes a housing with a piston arranged therein, the latter having a piston rod extending in sealed manner out of the housing. The piston rod carries a clamping arm which in addition to a pure axial clamping motion, performs a swinging motion, effected by a guide device. The guide device includes a normally non-rotatable control bolt arranged on the housing extending into the piston, and at least one cam groove developed in a guide surface between the control bolt and the piston. The cam groove has a helical groove section for the swinging and simultaneous lifting motion, and an axial section for the pure axially directed clamping motion of the clamping arm. A guide member, preferably a ball, arranged on the piston or control bolt, extends into the cam groove. In order to avoid interference with the movement of the object, the clamping arm is swingable from an intermediate position located above the clamping plane rotated at a predetermined angle from the clamping position, into a position of rest which lies below the clamping plane rotated relative to the clamping position by an angle that is twice the angle of rotation of the intermediate position from the clamping position.
