A plurality of rules are analyzed using a forward-inferencing rules engine to determine whether one or more of the rules are satisfied based on the data. The rules include at least one user-defined rule and at least one automatically generated rule, where the at least one automatically generated rule is automatically generated based on user history information. The method includes selecting particular content of the content available via the network for presentation via a display device.

摘要： Devices, systems and methods are disclosed which relate to mobile communication device users sharing their subscribed network services with other mobile communication device users. A borrowing mobile communication device is provided with the ability to remotely connect to a lending mobile communication device and use the subscribed network services of the lending mobile communication device when needed. This method allows the user of the lending mobile communication device to share subscribed network services. Besides using network services, it is possible to share displays between two mobile communication devices. A user of a lending mobile communication device shares the current display with a borrowing mobile communication device and vice-versa. This allows sharing among people who are not family members. Any registered user may subscribe to this network service sharing service and create a peer network. Users have the option to turn sharing on or off in the lending preferences.

摘要： The present invention describes new compositions of matter in the form of labeled nucleoside polyphosphates with four or more phosphates. In addition compositions of nucleoside polyphosphates with four or more phosphates that are substrates for nucleic acid polymerases with enhanced substrate properties and methods of using these nucleoside polyphosphates for nucleic acid detection, characterization and quantification are described. The compositions provided by this invention include nucleoside polyphosphate, dideoxynucleoside polyphosphate, or deoxynucleoside polyphosphate analogues which have colorimetric, chemiluminescent, or fluorescent moieties, mass tags or an electrochemical tags attached to the terminal-phosphate. When a nucleic acid polymerase uses this analogue as a substrate, an enzyme-activatable label would be present on the inorganic polyphosphate by-product of phosphoryl transfer. Removal of the polyphosphate product of phosphoryl transfer via phosphate or polyphosphate transferring enzyme leads to a detectable change in the label attached thereon. When the polymerase assay is performed in the presence of a phosphatase, there is provided a convenient method for real-time monitoring of DNA or RNA synthesis and detection of a target nucleic acid.

摘要： Disclosed is a novel class of fluorescent resonance energy transfer (FRET) labelling reagents, based on and synthesised from easily prepared dye building blocks. The labelling reagents are in the form of “cassettes” which enable their attachment to a wide variety of biological and other materials. A labelling reagent comprises at least two fluorescent dye moieties covalently linked via a linker group and optionally having a target bonding group for attaching the reagent to a target. The energy transfer labelling reagents may be bound to target materials through covalent or non-covalent attachment. The dyes are selected so that the emission spectrum of a first (or donor) dye overlaps the absorption spectrum of a second dye, thereby allowing energy transfer to occur between the dyes. The dye building blocks are 4′, 5′-bis-aminomethyl-fluorescein and/or its 5(6)-carboxylic acid and having the structure (1). In addition to the embodiment of the invention which includes a single donor and a single acceptor fluorochrome, the fluorescent energy transfer labelling reagents according to the invention may further comprise one or more third fluorochromes each having third absorption and emission spectra covalently attached to said first or second fluorochromes.
