    • A node (5) for use in a cellular network (4) to control the transmission of data from a radio base station (3) in the cellular network to a mobile terminal (1), is proposed, said node (5) comprising memory (7) for storing a channel quality value reported by the mobile terminal, and acknowledgement messages received from the mobile terminal, and calculating means (9) for calculating an adjustment value for the channel quality value based on the acknowledgement messages. The calculating means (9) is arranged to calculate said adjustment value for the perceived channel quality value taking into account at least two responses related to at least two blocks, and calculate said adjusted value using the adjustment value. The evaluation may be based on consecutive acknowledgement messages or on statistics derived from a plurality of messages.

    • The invention relates to a rotator (10) for jib-carried tools (1), for example tree working units, wherein the rotator (10) includes a stator (20) and a rotor (30), wherein the rotator (10) is connected to a tip (2) of the jib or arm (3) and to the tool (1). The means for determining the relative position of rotation comprises a pulse emitter (70) and a number of pulse generating elements (71), such as grooves or teeth. Limitation of the angle through which the rotator (10) can turn and control of the direction of rotation prevents, for instance, hoses and/or cables (7) from twisting or rotating away from their respective connections, while enhancing the extent to which automation can be achieved at the same time.

    • A blade-type holder for a cutting insert includes a blade body having front and rear slots. The front slot is closed at its rear end and open at its front end for receiving a cutting insert. The rear slot has a closed front end spaced rearwardly of the closed rear end of the front slot so that a portion of the blade body disposed between those closed ends defines a spring hinge. The spring hinge interconnects a base and camping portion of the blade body. The base portion is disposed below the slots, and the clamping portion is disposed above the slot. An operator employs a tool to manually apply a downward force to the clamping portion at location rearwardly of the spring hinge to cause the front end of the clamping portion to swing upwardly about the spring hinge, to widen the front slot. After a cutting insert has been replaced, the manual force is released, whereupon the front end is swung downwardly into clamping engagement with the cutting insert by the restoring force of the spring hinge.
