摘要： Disclosed herein is a power semiconductor module. The module includes metal plates each having a first through hole, with an anodic oxidation layer formed on a surface of metal plates and an interior of the first through hole. A cooling member has a second through hole at a position corresponding to the first through hole, and the metal plates are attached to both sides of the cooling member. A circuit layer is formed on the anodic oxidation layer and performs an interlayer connection through a via formed in the first and second through holes. A power device is connected to the circuit layer. A resin encapsulant encloses the circuit layer and the power device. A housing is installed to each of the metal plates to form a sealing space for the resin encapsulant.

摘要： The present invention relates to a CD9-specific human antibody, more precisely a CD9-specific human antibody composed of human derived CD9-specific complementarity determining region (CDR) and framework region (FR). The human antibody of the present invention recognizes CD9 extracellular loop 2 domain (CD9-ECL2) as an epitope and thereby strongly binding thereto. The human antibody of the present invention also has CD9 antigen neutralizing effect and at the same time inhibiting effect on tumor cell lines. Therefore, it can be effectively used for the prevention and treatment of cancer overexpressing CD9.

The insulation layer has a first region having a first surface roughness and a second region having a second surface roughness. A semiconductor chip is mounted in the first region, and an underfill resin solution is filled into the space between the semiconductor chip and the insulation layer. The roughness of the second region prevents the underfill resin from flowing out from the semiconductor chip to thereby reduce a size of the semiconductor package.

摘要： A recombinant expression vector, comprising extracellular soluble domain genes of DLK1 and IgG antibody Fc domain genes, is constructed, and DLK1-Fc fusion protein is expressed and purified at 293E cell. The invention confirmed the efficacy as a drug for inhibiting cancer metastasis by confirming markedly reduced migration of cancer cells by DLK1-Fc fusion protein and also computing pharmacokinetic parameters. DLK1-Fc fusion protein has relatively higher stability than non-fusion protein, significantly reduces migration of various cancer cell lines, and provides superior cancer metastasis inhibition effect even at small concentration. Accordingly, DLK1-Fc fusion protein can be used efficaciously as an effective ingredient of a composition for inhibiting cancer metastasis.
