摘要： Provided is a low-temperature-curable cross-section repair material which can be cured in a short period of time, even in extremely low temperature environments of −25° C., and which exhibits excellent workability and strength development. Also provided is a cross-section repairing method using the same. The low-temperature-curable cross-section repair material is characterized by: comprising 100 parts by of a radical polymerizable resin composition (A), 0.1-10 parts by of a hydroxyl group-containing aromatic tertiary amine (C-1), 0.1-10 parts by of an organic peroxide (D), and 1.0-500 parts by of an inorganic filler (E); and the radical polymerizable resin composition (A) comprising at least one type of radical polymerizable resin (A-1) selected from the group consisting of vinyl ester resins, urethane (meth)acrylate resins and polyester (meth)acrylate resins, and a radical polymerizable unsaturated monomer (A-2) having at least two or more (meth)acryloyl groups per molecule thereof.

摘要： What are described are polyvinyl ester dispersions which are prepared in a multistage process and have a low content of polymerized acids or acid anhydrides. They can be obtained by a multistage process in which a polyvinyl ester dispersion is obtained in a first stage, monomers in dissolved or pure form are added to the reaction mixture in a second stage and then the polymerization is started again. The polymer dispersions obtained in this way are notable for a low coagulum content and for increased tensile strengths of the films formed therefrom.

Preferably R1 and R2 are both a a --C(O)R3 group where R3 which can the same of different is selected from the group consisting of a C.sub.1 -C.sub.24 alkyl group, an aromatic or heteroaromatic group, a C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 cycloalkyl or C.sub.2 -C.sub.7 heterocyclic group; or a --CH.sub.2 --C(O)--R4 group in which R4 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl group. At lease one of R1 and R2 is a --C(O)R3 group. The polymer may be a homopolymer or a copolymer containing other ethylenically unsaturated monomers. The polymer may be used in a variety of coating compositions such as inks, adhesives, paints and films. Unique monomers where both R1 and R2 are acetoacetyl groups and novel monomers where R2 is an acetoacetyl group are also described.

摘要： The invention provides a novel copolymer comprising 25-75 mol % of a fluoroolefin such as CTFE, 10-70 mol % of a vinyl or isopropenyl ester of fatty acid, such as finyl acetate or isopropenyl acetate, 3-40 mol % of a hydroxyl-containing allyl ether such as ethylene glycol monoallyl ether, and 0.1-20 mol % of a carboxyl-containing monomer such as finylacetic acid. This copolymer possesses favorable properties characteristic of fluoroesins, is soluble in various organic solvents and is curable at normal temperature by a polyisocyanate. Since the copolymer has carboxyl group, not only inorganic pigments but also organic pigments exhibit very good dispersibility in a solution of this copolymer in an organic solvent. The copolymer can be prepared by a single-stage reaction using a radical polymerization initiator.
