摘要： The present disclosure provides a two-component polyurethane adhesive composition and a bonding method thereof. The two-component polyurethane adhesive composition includes A) a polyol component, and B) an isocyanate component. The polyol component includes A1) one or more polyether polyols, and the isocyanate component includes B1) a first isocyanate prepolymer, wherein the first isocyanate prepolymer is polymerized from isocyanate and a non-linear chain extender. The two-component polyurethane adhesive composition of the present disclosure has good mechanical properties, in particular, high G modulus and high elongation. The polyol component in the two-component polyurethane adhesive composition has good phase stability, and good miscibility with the isocyanate component. The two-component polyurethane adhesive composition of the present disclosure can be used for the production and manufacture of mechanical parts such as automobile components.

The method for manufacturing the water-based polyurethane includes: a preparation step of a prepolymer, a dilution step of the prepolymer, a water dispersion and chain extension step, and an acrylic synthesis step. The method further includes mixing polyol and polyisocyanate to obtain a prepolymer, and diluting the prepolymer by adding acrylic monomer in the prepolymer. In the water-based polyurethane resin, at least one of the polyhydric alcohol, polyisocyanate, and the acrylic monomer includes a compound with a cyclic structure.

Also described and claimed are various compositions containing such oligomers as part of a self-healing component, wherein such compositions also include an optional reactive monomer and/or oligomer component and a photoinitiator component. Yet further described and claimed are articles cured from the compositions elsewhere described using the oligomers elsewhere described.

摘要： A method of making polyurethane or polyurethane urea strands containing siloxane in the polyurethane or polyurethane urea backbone including the steps of: (a) reacting a macroglycol with a diisocyanate to form a prepolymer; (b) reacting the prepolymer with a diamine to form a spinning solution; (c) spinning the spinning solution to form polyurethane or polyurethane urea strands, wherein: i. a diol-polydimethylsiloxane is reacted with the macroglycol and the diisocyanate in step (a); ii. a diamine-polydimethylsiloxane is reacted with the prepolymer prior to the reaction of the prepolymer with the diamine in step (b); or iii. a diamine-polydimethylsiloxane is reacted at the same time as the prepolymer and diamine in step (b), and wherein the polyurethane or polyurethane urea strands comprise less than or equal to 6% of siloxane by weight based on the weight of the polyurethane or polyurethane urea strands and elastic fibers made thereby. An elastic fiber including two or more polyurethane or polyurethane urea strands including siloxane in the polyurethane or polyurethane urea backbone that are bundled together, wherein the siloxane is present in an amount of greater than or equal to 0.01% and less than or equal to 4.0% by weight based on the weight of the fiber. In some aspects, the siloxane is free of urethane radicals.

The composition according to the invention contains at least one moisture-reactive polymer in a proportion of 10% to 50% by weight, at least one precipitated, surface-coated aluminum trihydrate in a proportion of 30% to 60% by weight and in preferred embodiments up to 25% by weight of at least one phosphorus-containing compound and up to 20% by weight of at least one carbon additive. The inventive moisture-curable composition has excellent flame retardant properties and after curing remains resistant for a long time at high heat levels.
