    • A bag-on-valve aerosol valve system in a container is provided. Propellant is pressure filled around the valve stem, outwardly over the stem gasket and down into the container space outside the bag. Product is filled through the valve stem into the bag. The valve stem has an exterior intermediate frusto-conical annular surface and the valve housing has an interior frusto-conical annular surface, with both surfaces engaging in annular sealing contact to block propellant access to the bag when the valve stem is deeply depressed to a first predetermined position for propellant pressure filling. A stem exterior surface indent interacts with radially-biased spring-loaded slides to lock the stem in a second less depressed predetermined position for product filling through the stem down into the bag.

    • A device for packaging and dispensing, under pressure, a product is provided. The device can be particularly advantageous for cosmetic products and includes a container containing the product to be dispensed under pressure, a propellant in the form of a liquefied gas having a gaseous phase and a liquid phase, and at least one retaining member able to trap the liquid phase of the propellant. The retaining member includes at least one portion that is permeable to the gaseous phase of the propellant. A valve is associated with the container and includes a body that includes a first passage able, when the device is in a first position, to cause the product contained in the container to enter the valve body when the valve is actuated, and a second passage able, when the device is in the first position, to cause the propellant contained in gaseous form in the container to enter the valve body when the valve is actuated.

    • A pressure container suitable for gases, liquids, paste-like materials or similar products comprises two chambers sealed against each other. One of the chambers is constituted by a flexible bag connected to a valve plate common to both chambers. The valve plate is provided with an extension tube extending into the interior of the container. A neck portion of the flexible bag is glued or welded to the extension tube. The outer contour of the extension tube comprises radially extending projections which are bounded by two outer faces each, and which, at their inner ends, merge tangentially into the circle-shaped contour of said first extension tube means and converge into a sharp edge at their outer ends. In this way, a reliable sealing of the two chambers against each other can be achieved.
