Multiple structures are defined by patterns imperforated in the form and include a diskette envelope of novel tapered shape for easy insertion of a diskette and better wear as well as several labels such as a diskette identifier, a customer order label and the like. A pattern for the diskette envelope includes a print area for a directory listing of files stored on the diskette. A customized software utility interacts with the diskette and the envelope form controlling printing of the directory listing and providing a variety of options to users.

The return envelope is affixed to a back side of a first web part that is subsequently heat-sealed to a second web part to form a two-part mailer. The method of assembly has a step in which the return envelope is affixed to the back side of the first web part in such a manner that the return envelope will not interfere with a glassing patch and/or die-cut area in the first web part nor interfere with removal perforations along the web part nor cause excessive bulk in areas where the first web part is heat-sealed to the second web part to form the two-part mailer.

摘要： An envelope for two-way mailing having opposed front and rear panels secured together around three sides to provide an open edged pocket, a first flap to seal the pocket is foldably carried on the edge of the pocket by one panel. A resealing flap is carried on the edge of the pocket by the other panel. The resealing flap is inwardly folded upon its panel and disposed within the pocket during the first mailing. At least one spot of adhesive is employed to couple the resealing flap to an insert carried within the pocket. When the insert is pulled from the pocket, it automatically lifts the return flap from the pocket placing the envelope in its return mailing condition.

The flaps are cut and disposed so that alternate procedures of refolding and resealing provide a frame for the photograph which may be placed on its side or its end.
