摘要： An arrangement in a warehouse and a method for forming narrow rolls are disclosed. The narrow rolls are formed from a jumbo reel. At least two slitting machines are used for forming the narrow rolls. The jumbo reel has an axial direction when positioned on the slitting machine. The narrow rolls are transferred to the warehouse in the axial direction. The at least two slitting machines are positioned overlapping.

摘要： A purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology that allows corrugated tubes of various diameter sizes to be easily and reliably cut at a convex portion. In order to achieve the purpose, a cutting device is provided with a feeder feeding a corrugated tube such that an axial direction of the corrugated tube lies along a feeding path; a cutter cutting along a circumferential direction of the corrugated tube being fed along the feeding path; and an imager capturing an image of a planned cutting position of the corrugated tube. A controller performs image analysis of the captured image of the planned cutting position to determine whether the planned cutting position is a convex portion of the corrugated tube and, when a positive determination result is obtained, causes the cutter to cut the corrugated tube at the planned cutting position.

Methods for using the nonmetallic tools may include attaching the nonmetallic tools to a suitable machine-driven tool and contacting the nonmetallic tools to a material to be cut, shaped, or drilled.

摘要： A cutting apparatus for a separator of an electrical device cuts or severs a separator which includes a melt material representing a substrate and a heat-resistant material laminated on the melt material and having a higher melt temperature than the melt material. The separator cutting apparatus comprises at least two cutting members which are disposed spaced apart from one another, a first suction member, and second suction members. The cutting members cut the separator such that a cut piece generates. The first suction member moves the cut piece in a direction away from the separator while sucking the cut piece. The second suction members suck up the cutting dust produced accompanying the cutting process of the separator.
