    • A door assembly having a multi-panel door connected to a casing that is inserted into a structure opening. The multi-panel door can be operated by a control assembly operatively coupled to the casing and the multi-panel door. The multi-panel door can be a bi-fold door having an upper panel and lower panel operatively coupled together. The upper panel can be pivotally coupled to the casing at one end and pivotally coupled to a portion of the lower panel at its other end. The control assembly can control movement of the door between an open position and a closed position.

    • A power mine door system including a door frame to be installed in a mine passageway to define a generally rectangular doorway. A mine door is defined by a pair of generally rectangular door leafs which are hinged on the door frame at opposite sides of the doorway for swinging between an open position to permit passage through the doorway and a closed position in which the door leafs are generally coplanar and close the doorway. The door leafs are so dimensioned that there is a substantial vertical gap between the door leafs when they are closed to accommodate convergence of side walls of the passageway. A relatively wide vertical sealing flap is secured to one of the door leafs for overlapping a face of the other door leaf when the door is closed for covering the gap between the door leafs. A power mechanism for opening and closing the door leafs is operable to control the sequence in which the door leafs close so that the door leaf carrying the sealing flap closes after the other door leaf for ensuring that the sealing flap closes against the face of the other door leaf.

    • Certain embodiments provide systems and methods for unlocking, opening, closing and locking a vent sash. The system may include a base configured to attach to one or more of a vent stop and a window frame. The system may include a lever pivotably or slidably attached to the base. The lever may be configured to pivotably attach to a locking mechanism interface of the vent sash. The lever may be configured to pivot substantially ninety degrees in a first direction to an unlocked position. The lever may be configured to pivot substantially ninety degrees in a second direction to an opened position. The lever may be configured to pivot substantially ninety degrees in a third direction to a closed position. The lever may be configured to pivot substantially ninety degrees in a fourth direction to a locked position.
