摘要： A locking apparatus used for controlling a movable chain, strip or strap-shaped object (71) comprising a support frame; a roll shaft (6) with a friction surface or a sprocket pitch slot (64), the roll shaft (6) being fixedly connected to a support rod (66), and one end of the support rod (66) being pivotally connected onto the support frame; a pawl (62) disposed above the roll shaft (6) and capable of rotating around one end; and a pressurization body (3) opposite to the roll shaft (6) along a transverse direction, thereby forming a roll gap between the roll shaft (6) and the pressurization body (3). The roll shaft (6) can freely rotate when the roll shaft (6) is in a middle state. When the roll shaft (6) is forced to downwards pivot until a ratchet disposed on a contact base (65) engages with a ratchet (6302) of the roll shaft (6) to prevent the rotation of the roll shaft (6), the object (71) can be locked. When the roll shaft (6) is forced upwards pivot until the ratchet (6302) of the roll shaft (6) abuts against the pawl (62), the roll shaft (6) can still rotate; when the object (71) changes the direction to downwards move, the pawl (62) engages with the ratchet (6302) of the roll shaft (6) to prevent the rotation of the roll shaft (6) and loses the engagement with the ratchet (6302) of the roll shaft (6) as the roll shaft (6) downwards pivots.

摘要： A seat belt system for restraining movement of an occupant of a vehicle includes a seat belt and a member having an opening through which the seat belt extends. A first inflatable portion of the seat belt extends in a first direction from the member. A second inflatable portion of the seat belt extends in a second direction from the member. A source of inflation fluid is connected in fluid communication with one of the first and second inflatable portions of the seat belt and connected in fluid communication with another of the first and second inflatable portions of the seat belt through the member. The one inflatable portion of the seat belt enables inflation fluid to flow from the source of inflation fluid into the one inflatable portion of the seat belt and to flow from the one inflatable portion of the seat belt through the member into the another inflatable portion of the seat belt.

A belt retention device is operable, when actuated in response to a sudden, rapid deceleration of the vehicle, to grip the belt between the anchors at a point of engagement adjacent to the one side of the seated person to cooperate with the second anchor in taking up any slack in a section of the belt between the point of engagement and the second anchor and also maintaining such section of the belt tightly engaged across the person's body.

An elongated, rigid fastening element is provided which extends beneath the seat between the tracks and which is connected with both of the tracks. At least one belt tensioner is mounted to the fastening element.
