摘要： A parison is hung down between a pair of molding metallic molds in the opened state, expanding members are contacted with the specified portions of the parison, and after setting the temperature difference between the specified portions and other portions in accordance with a pre-set thickness ratio between both portions after forming thereof, the expanding members are moved while cooling the specified portions of expanding members so as to extend and thin the portions other than the specified portions of the parison, and the metallic molds are closed together so as to blow compressed air into the parison to effect blow-molding.

摘要： Methods and apparatus for blow-molding hollow articles from open-ended tubular bodies of thermoplastics material include dimensionally expanding the open end of the tubular body to accomodate a blow pin plate of preselected dimension and/or geometry. The expanded open end of the tubular member will thus be closed by the blow pin plate. Subsequent introduction of pressurized fluid (e.g., air) into the tubular body through the blow pin plate will cause the tubular body to conform to the female cavity which envelops the same. In such a manner, hollow articles having relatively large sized and/or irregular shaped openings may be fabricated utilizing blow-molding techniques.

The method includes the step of laterally stretching a tubular parison from which the article is to be moulded so as to receive a primary mandrel for forming said opening and a secondary mandrel for forming the passageway. Air is introduced into the parison through the secondary mandrel to form the inner end portion of the passageway while the parison is expanded to conform to the shape of the mould.

摘要： A method of producing a bottle-shaped container, filled, sealed and ready for shipment, which comprises the steps of inserting a section of a thermoplastic synthetic tube into a divided blow mold with individually adjustable crown mold halves. The bottom part of the tube is then closed. Blow-molding, filling and sealing steps of the tube are performed in the mold in its still locked state to form the container. The crown mold halves are thereafter closed airtight at the head end by joining together after insertion of a tube section to be widened into the blow mold by applying a pressure medium. At least a section of the wall of the container is subjected by engagement to an outer pressure and pressed in the wall in to the inner space of the container. By the excess pressure developed thereby in the inner space of the container, the wall of the head of the container is pressed against the wall of the mold of crown mold halves.
