摘要： A slag storage tank and a slag discharge system include a main body that stores slag, and a plurality of filters that are arranged on a wall surface of the main body and cause a liquid to selectively pass therethrough. The filters are disposed in at least a part of any cross-section perpendicular to the vertical direction of a region where the slag is stored in the main body. Accordingly, there is an effect that the slag storage tank capable of stably discharging the liquid and the slag discharge system capable of further simply and appropriately discharging the slag may be provided.

摘要： A filter regeneration apparatus of a coal gasification system having a filter for capturing char (unburned matter) present in exhaust gas at an exhaust gas passage communicating with exhaust gas source including a coal gasification furnace, fills the filter container with inactive gas having oxygen concentration of less than 5 vol. % and heat the filter to a target temperature of 400 to 450° C. and feed ashing gas having oxygen concentration of 5 to 15 vol. %, thereby ashing char in the filter. This method and apparatus achieve ashing of char in a safe manner and shortens the time of regenerating the filter by controlling the oxygen concentration in the ashing gas and the filter temperature constantly to reach preset target values.

摘要： An object is to provide a gate valve capable of preventing operational deficiencies caused by particulate materials accumulating in a valve box, thus providing superior sealing properties and high durability, having a simple structure, and allowing inspection and maintenance to be performed easily. A gate valve installed in a transport line for transporting fluid containing particulate material at a coal gasification plant includes a valve box having an inlet portion and an outlet portion in which a channel constituting a part of the transport line is formed; a valve unit, provided between the inlet portion and the outlet portion, which extends in an opening-and-closing direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the channel, and which is movable in the opening-and-closing direction; a wedge plate provided between the valve unit and the inlet portion so as to extend in the opening-and-closing direction; and a guide plate provided between the valve unit and the outlet portion so as to extend in the opening-and-closing direction. Areas between the valve unit and the wedge plate and between and the valve unit and guide plate are sealed by means of surface contact.

摘要： A gas combustion treatment method for the combustion treatment of an ammonia-containing gas and a hydrogen sulfide-containing gas, the method comprising a first combustion treatment step in which the ammonia-containing gas, together with a fuel, is introduced and burned; a nitrogen oxide reduction step downstream of the first combustion treatment step, in which a portion of the hydrogen sulfide-containing gas or the ammonia-containing gas is introduced and the nitrogen oxides produced in the first combustion treatment step are reduced in a reducing atmosphere; and a second combustion treatment step downstream of the nitrogen oxide reduction step, in which the remaining hydrogen sulfide-containing gas, together with air, is introduced and burned. The present invention provides a combustion apparatus suitable for use as a combustion furnace for off-gases resulting from the wet purification of coal gasification gas.
