    • A computer implemented method and system for patent mapping comprises maintaining a database of patent portfolios and a database of patents, each patent stored in the database of patents associated with one or more patent portfolios stored in the database of patent portfolios; receiving a search query associated with a first patent portfolio; searching the first portfolio as a function of the search query; generating search results, the search results including one or more patent claims associated with the search query; mapping the one or more patent claims to a patent concept; highlighting any claim terms associated with the patent scope across a number of claims; storing the associations; and displaying the highlighted claim terms to a user when subsequently displaying the one or more mapped patent claims.

    • A system and method for patent mapping are provided. The system comprises a database of patent sets and a database of patents, each patent stored in the database of patents associated with one or more patent sets stored in the database of patent sets; and one or more modules to perform a portion of one or more of the following: receive input identifying a set of keyword source claims associated with a first patent set; automatically extract at least one keyword from the source claims; receive or formulate a search query associated with the first patent set, the search query including the at least one keyword; search the entire first patent set as a function of the search query; generate search results, the search results including one or more patent claims associated with the search query; and map the one or more patent claims to a patent concept.

    • A system that utilizes peer influences to help advertisers to reach target audiences. This system used peer recommendations through Widgets and comments to influence consumer behavior. This is a system for placing advertising on Influencer websites or pages includes determining the audience of the Influencer and setting tags to characterize the audience. An advertiser chooses tags to characterize an advertising campaign or offer and the system determines which of the influences provide matches or partial matches to the advertising campaigns or offers. Influencers pick which campaigns they wish to offer to their audience and install a Widget on their website or page(s) that is used to display ads and process click-throughs. Influencers are rewarded with payments or reward incentives for placing the campaigns or offers and/or if the campaigns are successful.     • The present invention includes an apparatus, method and system for one-click docketing of tasks in an internet based patent and trademark application management system. In some embodiments, a client computer is operatively coupled to an application server, which in turn is operatively coupled to a patent information server. These computers are connected via an internet. The configuration of the various computers disclosed herein may vary based upon the distribution the functionality implemented. A user will initiate a one-click (i.e., use a single input signal) docketing process with an input device, such as mouse, or keyboard, wherein an application server will be asked to retrieve case information data from a database. This case information data will, in turn be provided to a patent information server. The patent information server will then use this case information data to retrieve patent information, and provide it to the application server to fill a template.
