摘要： A method of producing and using photo media to print a glossy, photo-quality image. The image is printed onto the back of a coated transparent base. Thereafter, an opaque backing is applied to cover the printed image. The resulting print is viewed from the front, which provides the photo-quality, attractive appearance primarily because of the substantial gloss depth and uniformity attributable to the transparent base. The transparent base and backing protect the ink-receiving coating and make the resulting print very durable. The image is light fast because the ink is sandwiched between the transparent base and the backing, thereby sealing the ink from oxygen. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the backing is applied as a liquid using substantially the same mechanism as used for printing the image.

摘要： A system, method and apparatus are disclosed for creating a signal that indicates the pressure of the fluid in an engine. A switch or sensor determines whether the actual pressure is greater or less than a threshold pressure. If the actual pressure is less than the threshold pressure, a sensed pressure (e.g., the output of a pressure sensor) is used. If the sensed pressure is greater than the threshold pressure, then the output is derived from an estimate of the fluid pressure, where the estimate is based on other operating parameters of the engine. The output signal can be used as an input to a display visible by an operator, controller logs, diagnostic systems, and the like.

One side of the tool has a thin hollow sheath that covers the side when not in use whereas the opposing side has a removable, locking handle that covers it when not in use. Both the sheath and the removable, locking handle are wrapped in paracord for use when deploying the tool and for having paracord at hand. A specialized, removable cleat is attachable and removable from the tool that provides notches that are also found on the top edge of the knife end and the top and bottom prongs of the fork end and also to provide a blunt surface that prevents the paracord from being cut when wrapped around the knife blade.

A determination is made as to whether an attribute of the first multimedia stream satisfies a predefined threshold. When the data packet from the second multimedia stream is received, transmission of the first multimedia stream is terminated. The data packet from the second multimedia stream is marked as a splicing point. When the value of the timestamp of the data packet from the second multimedia stream is determined in relation to the value of the timestamp of the data packet from the first multimedia stream, transmission of the second multimedia stream is initiated.
