In a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device having a memory cell array with memory cells capable of erasing and programming information, the memory cells store one data value selected from the same number of data values as programming distribution ranges, associated with that the electrical attribute belongs to any one of the more than one programming distribution ranges. The device comprises an erasure means for erasing the selected memory cell to be erased so that its electrical attribute belongs to a erasure distribution range not overlapping any of the programming distribution ranges and a programming means for programming an erased memory cell to be programmed so that its electrical attribute belongs to any one of the programming distribution ranges.

摘要： A thermoplastic foam is provided which contains a thermoplastic resin and a layered silicate and in which foam cells and the layered silicate are evenly and finely dispersed.A volume-expansible gas or heat decomposable blowing agent is incorporated into interlayer spaces of a layered silicate in a composite material containing 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin and 0.1–50 parts by weight of the layered silicate, and the gas or blowing agent is allowed to expand in volume or thermally decompose to form foam cells 6, so that a thermoplastic foam is obtained in which the layered silicate has an average interlayer spacing of over 60 Å when determined by an X-ray diffractometry.

摘要： A polyester amide copolymer comprising a copolymer of an aliphatic polyamide (A) and an aliphatic polyester (B), having a weight-average molecular weight of at least 40000 and containing at most 10 wt. % of a fraction having molecular weights of at most 10000, is produced through a production process including (1) a step at 100-150° C. of initial stage of distillation of low-molecular weight fraction including water and initial stage of (poly)esterification, (2) a step at 150-300° C. of polymerization and uniform melting and (3) a step under a reduced pressure of oligomer removal and polymerization. The resultant polyester amide copolymer is excellent in biodegradability and also excellent in physical properties represented by high strength and high heat resistance.

摘要： In a display device, a liquid crystal capacitive element is sandwiched between a pixel electrode and an opposite electrode. The pixel electrode, one end of a first switch circuit, one end of a second switch circuit and a first terminal of a second transistor form an internal node. The other terminals of the first switch circuit and the second switch circuit are connected to a source line. The second switch circuit is a series circuit composed of a first transistor and a diode. A control terminal of the first transistor, a second terminal of the second transistor and one end of a boost capacitive element form an output node. The other end of the boost capacitive element and the control terminal of the second transistor are connected to a boost line and a reference line, respectively.
