    • A tuned amplifier that can be produced easily in an integrated circuit and by which the tuning frequency and the maximum damping are arbitrarily adjusted without mutual interference. The tuned amplifier is constituted of two phase shifting circuits (10C, 30C) each of which comprises a first serial circuit consisting of two resistors for dividing the voltage of the inputted AC signal to obtain a signal of half the voltage of the inputted signal, a second serial circuit consisting of a capacitor and a variable resistor for shifting the phase of the inputted signal by a predetermined angle, and a differential amplifier for amplifying the difference between the outputs of the first and second serial circuits, a noninverting circuit (50) connected to the input of the phase shifting circuit (10C) of the first stage, and an adding circuit which adds signals outputted from the phase shifting circuit (30C) of the second stage and input signals inputted to an input terminal (90) at a specific rate through a feedback resistor (70) and an input resistor (74).

    • An LC element and an semiconductor device comprising a second electrode having a predetermined shape formed in direct contact with the surface of a semiconductor substrate, and a first electrode having a predetermined shape formed interspaced by an insulation layer on the semiconductor substrate surface; and a method of manufacturing the LC element. A channel formed along the first electrode on application of a predetermined gate voltage to a control electrode connected to the first electrode and the second electrode respectively function as inductors, while a distributed constant type capacitor is also formed between these; and by using the channel as a signal transmission line, the LC element and a semiconductor device give excellent attenuation characteristics. The LC element and semiconductor device are easily manufactured, while parts assembly work in subsequent processing can be abbreviated, formation as a portion of an IC or LSI device is possible, and characteristics can also be controlled.

    • A transparent pressure sensitive adhesive label sheet comprises a label film comprising a polyethylene resin of a density of 0.925 to 0.950 g/cm.sup.3 as the main component thereof, having an average of the tensile strength to the MD direction and the tensile strength to the TD direction of 250 kg/cm.sup.2 or more, a 1% secant modulus to the MD direction of 2500 to 5000 kg/cm.sup.2, a haze of 3 to 15% and a gloss of 80% or more and provided with the property suitable for printing by a surface treatment and a release paper laminated with the label film through a layer of a pressure sensitive adhesive material. An opaque pressure sensitive adhesive label sheet is about the same as the above except that it comprises a label film having a total light transmission of 40% or less in place of the haze and the gloss described above. The pressure sensitive adhesive label sheet shows excellent appearance when label marks are printed on the transparent film or on the white opaque film, follows the elongation of the substrate well even after being printed and can be handled smoothly in the process using an automatic labelling machine.
