    • A wired relay method for using a remote station and an apparatus thereof for a Radio over Fiber (RoF) wired relay system supporting a Time Division Duplexing (TDD) wireless communication service, which shares an Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) for both uplink and downlink operations. The remote station includes a block for dividing each of a downlink optical signal carrying service data and an optical signal carrying transmission/reception control information of the RoF wired relay system, which are input from a base station, a gain controller for separating an uplink Radio Frequency (RF) signal input from an antenna or a portion of a downlink RF signal output from a High-Power Amplifier (HPA) and for monitoring the strength of the input and output RF signals in order to control a gain of the LNA. A converter mutually converts an optical signal and an RF signal, an amplifier amplifies the converted RF signal, and an RF signal flow controller automatically controls uplink and downlink transmission paths of the amplified RF signal according to a transmission/reception status of the RoF wired relay system.

    • Disclosed is a radio-over-fiber (ROF) system for supporting various services, the system comprising: a central access platform (CAP) for providing time division duplexing (TDD), frequency division duplexing (FDD), and broadcasting services, converting a TDD downward signal and FDD/broadcasting downward signals into optical signals, respectively, transmitting the converted optical signals to a remote access unit (RAU), converting a TDD upward signal and an FDD upward signal, which have been transmitted as optical signals from the RAU, into electric signals, respectively, and using an optical circulator in order to separate upward and downward signals from each other; and the RAU for converting the TDD downward signal and FDD/broadcasting downward signals transmitted from the CAP into electric signals, respectively, converting the TDD upward signal and FDD upward signal to be transmitted to the CAP into optical signals, respectively, and using an optical circulator in order to separate upward and downward signals from each other, wherein the RAU includes a plurality of signal filtering/separating/combining units, which wirelessly emit the TDD downward signal and FDD/broadcasting downward signals, having been converted into electric signals, through an antenna, and which separate wirelessly-received TDD upward signal and FDD upward signal from each other.

    • An apparatus and a method adapted for shielding and removing fine particles for a portable camera module generated during a portable camera module fabricating process. The portable camera module includes an image sensor and an infrared ray filter. The apparatus includes a tape attaching device for attaching a surface protective tape on a surface of the infrared ray filter so as to prevent fine particles from being attached to the surface of the infrared ray filter, and a tape detaching device movably installed above the surface protective tape in order to detach the surface protective tape having fine particles shielded from the surface of the infrared ray filter. The fine particles are attached to the surface protective tape, which remains shielding the surface of the infrared ray filter during the holder attaching, primary heat treatment, secondary heat treatment, and under filling processes are subsequently carried out. The tape detaching device is moved downward to attach to the surface of the protective tape using vacuum, and is moved upwardly to separate the surface protective tape from the surface of the infrared ray filter, while the vacuum is still being applied.
