摘要： A system and method is provided which utilizes a threading service to offer enhanced features for a document management system including an email system. Various enhanced email features may be provided through one or more of the following components: a delete module, a reply module, a profile module, and a search module. The delete module enables a user to delete a selected message, a set of related messages, or the whole set except for the selected message. The reply module enables a user to send a reply message to all addresses associated and involved with an entire set of related messages. The profile module enables a dynamic interest profile to contain all relevant information from an outgoing message and a set of messages related to the outgoing message. The search module enables search results to include documents which match the user's query as well as documents related to the documents which match the user's query.

The asynchronous circuit includes a read completion detection circuit and a write completion detection circuit that determines an end of the read cycle or the write cycle for a word byte of information. Upon completion of the read or write cycle an acknowledge signal is generated from the read completion detection circuit or the write completion detection circuit. The read and/or write acknowledge signal is used as a control signal to advance the electronic circuit to the next subsequent step in a process. The invention further provides a method for detecting the end of a read and/or write cycle issuing an acknowledge signal that may be used to provide control to an asynchronous electronic circuit to advance to the next step in a sequence.

摘要： A pressure regulating device includes a housing having a gases inlet adapted to in use be in fluid communication or integrated with a breathing assistance apparatus which conveys gases to an infant or a neonate requiring breathing assistance, an outlet adapted to be in use in fluid communication with said infant, and an aperture which enables the venting of a portion of gases that in use are passing through the housing from the inlet to the outlet. A tube inlet on the housing is adapted to receive a surfactant delivery device therethrough to enable administration of surfactant to the infant or neonate. A sealing mechanism seals around the surfactant delivery device and is adapted to normally fluidically seal the tube inlet and in use allow the surfactant delivery device to pass through the tube inlet.

The pressure is varied between Peak Inspiratory Pressure (PIP) and Peak End Expiratory Pressure (PEEP) by the occlusion of the PEEP outlet. 摘要： An integrated circuit apparatus with heat removal has an electrical interconnection network. The electrical interconnection network has a plurality of electrically and thermally conductive vias in electrical communication with terminals of at least one semiconductor device. An electrically insulating heat spreader is chemically bonded to each of the vias at an upper layer of the electrical interconnection network. At the upper layer the vias are electrically isolated from each other. In some embodiments the electrically insulating heat spreader is a polycrystalline diamond body with a metallized undersurface. The metallized undersurface may be etched away between vias.
