The container-forming apparatus has an apparatus frame with a plurality of treating stations including a planar sheet feed station. The apparatus also has a rotary body having radial mandrels which are rotatable so as to stop at each of the plurality of treating stations. A holding device is provided on each of the mandrels for holding the planar sheets to the mandrel, and a feeder, preferably having suction cups, is provided for feeding the planar sheet to the holding device at the sheet feed station. The various treating stations along the path of movement of the mandrels are for forming the sheet into a tube and closing one end of the tube to form a bottom of the container.

摘要： This data display system includes a wireless transmitter mounted on a vehicle. The wireless transmitter is used for transmitting a signal representative of data related to operation of the vehicle. A wireless receiver is mounted on a helmet worn by a driver of the vehicle. The receiver receives a transmitted data signal from the transmitter and generates an output signal. A power supply is mounted on the helmet, and comprises a solar cell and a secondary battery for supplying electric power to the receiver. Converter circuits are connected to an output stage of the wireless receiver for converting the output signal of the receiver into a light display signal of visible rays. A display and mirror are mounted on the helmet for projecting and displaying the display signal from the converter circuits in a forward visual field of the driver.

摘要： Disclosed is a lubricant for thermoplastic resins, which is prepared by (A) polymerizing 60-100 wt. % of an aromatic vinyl monomer and 0-40 wt. % of other vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith to form a polymer, (B) polymerizing 30-70 wt. parts of a monomer or monomer mixture comprising 50-100 wt. % of an acrylic acid ester and 0-50 wt. % of other vinyl monomer or monomers copolymerizable therewith in the presence of 10-60 wt. parts of said polymer so that when said monomer or monomer mixture is singly polymerized, the reduced viscosity of the resulting polymer is lower than 1.0, to obtain a polymer, and (C) polymerizing 5-30 wt. parts of a methacrylic acid ester in the presence of the two-stage polymer obtained at the steps (A) and (B) so that the total amount of the components (A), (B) and (C) is 100 wt. parts. A thermoplastic resin composition comprising this lubricant has an excellent mold release characteristics and lubricating property at the molding step, and a molded article prepared from the composition has a good gloss.

摘要： A pressure relief valve for a blood pressure measuring instrument which is provided with a discharge mechanism for selectively discharging a small or large amount of compressed air. The discharge mechanism of simple structure is constituted from a small number of members including a valve member, a spring, an adjustment screw plug and a push button. A cuff pressure is automatically reduced at the predetermined reducing rate by rotating the adjustment screw plug during the measurement of blood pressure. Pushing of the push button also makes it possible to discharge at once the remaining cuff pressure after the measurement of blood pressure.
