摘要： An antenna includes an antenna element in which feed and non-feed radiation electrodes are formed on a dielectric base; and a substrate having a non-ground area in which a ground electrode is not formed. The antenna element is provided in the non-ground area of the substrate. Each of the feed and non-feed radiation electrodes has a radiation electrode by which fundamental and harmonic waves resonate, a capacitance-loading terminal is formed at a position of the antenna element where an electric field distribution of the harmonic wave becomes a node, and a power supply terminal is formed at a feed end of the feed radiation electrode. A power supply terminal connection electrode connected to the power supply terminal and a capacitance-forming electrode for causing a capacitance to occur between the power supply terminal connection electrode and the capacitance-forming electrode portion are provided on the substrate.

The feeding element includes an electrically insulating base member and a feeding radiation electrode provided on the base member. A non-feeding element including a substantially line-shaped electrode is provided on the board and includes at least one end thereof connected to the ground electrode and electromagnetically coupled with the feeding element. At least part of the substantially line-shaped electrodes is provided on the end surface of the board.

The nonvolatile memory elements included in a predetermined circuit block among the circuit blocks are arranged in a first area. The comparing circuits and the determining circuit included in the predetermined circuit block are arranged side by side in the X direction in a second area that is located in the Y direction with respect to the first area. With this arrangement, because the circuit block becomes a shaped block, even when a plurality of circuit blocks are repeatedly arranged, it is possible to realize a further reduction of the chip area.
