摘要： A magnetic device includes a cylindrical portion and a flange portion. The cylindrical portion is mounted with a cylindrical shaped flexible sleeve. The sleeve is axially longer than the cylindrical portion and includes an outer peripheral concavo-convex portion. When one end of the sleeve is abutted on a flange portion, the other end of the sleeve is projected above an attractive surface to form a keeper housing recess. The sleeve is relatively moved in an axial direction of the magnetic device to be inserted into and removed from a top end of the cylindrical portion. The magnetic device is used under condition the sleeve is fitted, an outer side surface of the magnetic device including the outer peripheral concavo-convex portion of the sleeve and the flange portion abutted on the one end of the sleeve is embedded in a denture base, and the keeper housing recess is exposed.

摘要： In a semiconductor device using a silicon carbide substrate (1), the object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device that is a buried channel region type transistor having hot-carrier resistance, high punch-through resistance and high channel mobility. This is achieved by using a method of manufacturing a buried channel type transistor using a P-type silicon carbide substrate that includes a step of forming a buried channel region, a source region and a drain region, a step of forming a gate insulation layer after the step of forming the buried channel region, source region and drain region, and a step of exposing the gate insulation layer to an atmosphere containing water vapor at a temperature of 500° C. or more after the step of forming the gate insulation layer. The gate insulation layer is formed by a thermal oxidation method using dry oxygen.

A keeper has a main body with a attracted face, a screw part that is located at the back face, a conical tapered shaft, and a projecting ring part. The projecting ring part has an inclining inner face and an acute angle pointed end. An implant has a screw hole part, a conical tapered hole part which has about the same inclining angle of the tapered axle part, and an inclining end face. When the keeper and the implant are connected, the tapered shaft and the tapered hole part are fitted closely and at the same time, the inner face of the acute angle pointed end and the inclining end part are in contact and at least the acute angle pointed end of the projecting ring part is elastically transformed toward the diameter.
