摘要： There is provided an inverter device that is small in size and has high durability against long-term use with vibration. A power substrate 20 is placed at a bottom portion of a box-shaped module case 11, and a control substrate 30 forms a lid of an opening in the module case 11, and thus an inverter device 10 of the present invention is modularized, thereby reducing a height of the inverter device 10. In the inverter device 10, a capacitor 22 is provided between the power substrate 20 and the control substrate 30, and the capacitor 22 is covered with a resin mold layer 12 and fixed in the module case 11. The capacitor 22 is fixed in the module case 11 by the resin mold layer 12, which provides higher durability against vibration than that by conventional fastening with a screw.

In an inverter-integrated electric compressor in which an inverter accommodating section provided on a housing accommodates an inverter device, the inverter device includes an inverter module in which a power-system metal board on which at least semiconductor switching devices are bare-mounted and a CPU board on which is mounted a control and communication circuit having a device operating at low voltage, such as a CPU, are modularized via a resin case, wherein the inverter module has a metal shield plate supported by the resin case and interposed between the power-system metal board and the CPU board.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an electric compressor for automobile use, which can satisfy a plurality of requirements including protection of an inverter board, suppression of electromagnetic noise, vibration and noise, and the like. A cover 20B covering an opening of a housing 11 of the electric compressor is configured by laminating a conductive material layer 21 formed of a conductive material and an insulating material layer 22 formed of an insulating material. By the conductive material layer 21 of the cover 20B, electromagnetic noise radiated from the inverter board 12 and the like is prevented from leaking to the outside of the housing 11. Also, by providing the insulating material layer 22 so as to be directed to the inside of the housing 11, the conductive material layer 21 of the cover 20B is insulated from the inverter board 12 to which a high voltage is applied, so that the electric compressor is made small in size. Also, by the insulating material layer 22, vibration of the conductive material layer 21 is suppressed, thus reducing vibration and noise of the electric compressor.

摘要： The present invention provides novel α-amino acid derivatives of formula (1): (wherein, R1, R2, R3, R4, X and Y are as defined in the claims) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, prodrugs or solvates thereof. The derivatives of formula (1) have βARK1 inhibitory activity and are useful for preventing or treating heart failure. Moreover, the derivatives of formula (1) also have antitumor activity, particularly dual inhibitory activity on Aurora kinase and CDK, and are useful for cell proliferative diseases such as cancer.
