    • There is provided a medicine packing device, which prevents a free end of a bottom plate of a tablet dispensing measure from tilting due to its own weight.     • A semiconductor memory device for suitably controlling the timing for accessing data in a memory cell. The semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell.
