摘要： A hydraulic operating apparatus including an actuating cylinder having a piston arranged therein and moved by a fluid under high pressure further includes a control valve having only one metallic seal whether the piston is at its upper or lower positions. The control valve is operative to apply the fluid under high pressure to a pressure receiving surface of the piston on the opposite side of a piston rod to move the piston in a direction in which the piston rod extends from the piston and to discharge the fluid existent on the opposite side of the piston rod from the actuating cylinder to move the piston in a direction opposite the direction in which the piston rod extends from the piston. The hydraulic operating apparatus further includes a seal for dividing the pressure receiving surface of the piston on the opposite side of the piston rod into first and second pressure receiving surface sections, the first pressure receiving surface section having an effective pressure receiving area smaller than that of a pressure receiving surface of the piston on the side of the piston rod.

摘要： The present invention provides an automatic blood-sampling tube preparation system which can reduce the reading mistake of the information of the RFID tags by selectively taking out a blood-sampling tube required to an examination of a patient according to a doctor's instruction information from the blood-sampling tube containing section, writing the patient examination information on a RFID tag of the taken out tube on the basis of the instruction information, reading simultaneously all patient examination information from all RFID tags contained in the prepared container for every patient, and comparing the information read from the RFID tags with the instruction information to ensure accuracy.

摘要： To increase the heat resistance of a film capacitor, a dielectric resin composition is used as a material for a dielectric resin film used in a film capacitor, the dielectric resin composition being cured by mixing and crosslinking two or more organic materials having functional groups that react with each other to provide a cured article. At least one pair highly cohesive atomic groups which has a molecular cohesive energy equal to or higher than that of a methyl group and capable of cohering with each other due to the molecular cohesive energy is linked to the organic material. The highly cohesive atomic groups form a cohesive portion serving as pseudo-crosslinking.

摘要： An elevator in which the sheave diameter is reduced and the attendant lowering of the rope life and strength is suppressed to secure safety and reliability. To this end, a rope is used in which a plurality of element wires constituting the wire rope are each covered with resin material and the whole wire rope is covered with resin material, thereby reducing the wear due to slippage between the element wires and the wear due to contact with the sheave, which wear occurs when the rope is entrained around the sheave. When the elevator sheave diameter is reduced, a worried lowering of the rope life can be suppressed or the rope life can be improved. Thus, it is possible to achieve reduction of size and weight of equipment including motors and hoists, installation space saving for elevators, improved safety and reliability of the system by virtue of the increased rope life.

A ceramic powder having an average particle diameter of about 0.01 to 1 &mgr;m is mixed with a dispersion solvent (solvent) and disintegrated by a medium-type dispersion method using a dispersion medium such as balls, beads, or the like to obtain mixed and disintegrated slurry, followed by high-pressure dispersion under a pressure of about 100 kg/cm2 or more. The ceramic slurry composition contains a ceramic powder, a dispersant, a binder, and a solvent, wherein a binder solution prepared by mixing a solvent and the binder to form a solution, and dispersing the binder under a high pressure of about 100 kg/cm2 or more is used as the binder to decrease the content of the undissolved binder.
