摘要： A work machine has a controller which has an area limiting control section correcting the pilot pressures of pilot lines, a regeneration control section adjusting the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid caused to flow from a tank side line of an arm cylinder into a pump side line thereof between zero and a predetermined upper limit value, and a regeneration control switching section that issues an order to the regeneration control section to set the predetermined upper limit value to a first set value when the function of the area limiting control section is invalid and that issues an order to the regeneration control section to set the predetermined upper limit value to a second set value that is smaller than the first set value when the function of the area limiting control section is effective.

The sensor device 71 includes at least one of pressure sensors 23, 24, 25, and 26. The controller 27 includes an abnormality detection part 142 and a first control part. The abnormality detection part 142 determines whether or not the sensor device 71 is abnormal. If the sensor device 71 is abnormal, the first control part controls the regenerative device 61 such that the hydraulic fluid returning from the boom cylinder 4 is not supplied to the arm cylinder 8 even if the values measured by the sensor device 71 satisfy regenerative conditions.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic control system for a work machine that is capable of reducing the loss caused by flow division while reducing a decrease in the speed of a hydraulic actuator due to a combined operation. The hydraulic control system for a work machine includes a first hydraulic actuator, one hydraulic pump, a second hydraulic actuator, and another hydraulic pump. The hydraulic control system further includes operating instruction detection means and pump flow control means. The operating instruction detection means detects that operating instructions are issued to the first hydraulic actuator and the second hydraulic actuator. The pump flow control means individually adjusts the delivery flow rate of the one hydraulic pump and the another hydraulic pump in accordance with operation amounts designated by the operating instructions for the first and second hydraulic actuators. When the first and second hydraulic actuators are simultaneously operated, the pump flow control means increases the delivery flow rate of the one hydraulic pump to a higher rate than when the first hydraulic actuator is operated and the second hydraulic actuator is not operated.

摘要： When hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is to be recovered for driving a different hydraulic actuator, the recovery frequency is increased to achieve further energy saving. To this end, a pressure increasing circuit 36 is provided in which a communication pressure increasing valve 12 is disposed in a communication passage 26 that connects a bottom side line 23 of and a rod side line 24 a boom cylinder 4. A recovery control valve 11 is controlled such that, when a first operation unit 5 is operated in a boom lowering direction (own weight falling direction of the boom) and a second operation unit 6 is operated simultaneously, only if the pressure at the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 is higher than the pressure at the arm cylinder side that is a recovery destination of hydraulic fluid, the recovery control valve 11 is opened to recover the flow rate discharged from the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 to the arm cylinder side.

The hydraulic fluid energy recovery system includes: a fluid line for allowing the return fluid from the hydraulic actuator to flow through the line; a section for branching the fluid line into a plurality of fluid lines; a recovery circuit that serves as one of the branch fluid lines and includes the regenerating device; a discharge circuit that serves as the other of the branch fluid lines and discharges the return fluid to a tank; a flow control device disposed in the discharge circuit so as to be able to control a flow rate of the return fluid; an operation amount detector for detecting the operation amount on the operating device; and a control device configured to acquire the operation amount detected by the operation amount detector, calculate a target discharge flow rate of the return fluid flowing through the discharge circuit, and calculate a target regeneration flow rate of the return fluid flowing through the recovery circuit, the control device thereby controlling the flow control device according to the target discharge flow rate and also controlling the regenerating device according to the target regeneration flow rate.

Power generation operation is performed by the hydraulic fluid discharged from a bottom-side chamber 5b of a boom cylinder 5 to recover positional energy. During jack-up in which the front work implement 130 cannot be turned under the self-weight of the boom 131, the generator/electric motor 10 is operated as an electric motor to operate the hydraulic pump/motor 7 as a pump. The jack-up is performed by supplying the hydraulic fluid from the bottom-side chamber 5b to rod-side chamber 5a of the boom cylinder 5 without supplying the hydraulic fluid from the main pump 2 to the rod-side chamber 5a of the boom cylinder 5.
