摘要： The aqueous, alcoholic or aqueous/alcoholic composition for fixing hair includes from 1.0 to 10 percent by weight of a sulfur-free lignin, which can be hydroxypropyl lignin, hydroxybutyl lignin, dihydroxypropyl lignin and/or mixtures thereof; from 1 to 15% by weight of a film-forming polymer; and a solvent including water, an alcohol having one to four carbon atoms and/or mixtures thereof. It can be in the form of an aerosol hair spray, a non-aerosol hair spray, a non-aerosol foam or a non-aerosol hair lacquer. The composition can also include 2 to 80 percent by weight of a propellant.

摘要： The quaternary chitosan derivatives useful in cosmetic compositions are made by a process comprising reacting a chitosan consisting of 50 to 100% deacetylized chitin or a structurally modified chitosan made by reprecipitating and deep freezing, with glycidyl trialkyl ammonium halogenide, particularly glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, and, if necessary, with glycidol. The reaction mixture is advantageously stirred for several hours at 10.degree. to 100.degree. C. The reaction may be performed in the presence of an organic or inorganic acid or base in water.

摘要： Process for the permanent deformation of hair, wherein the hair deforming agent as used, is prepared immediately before use, by commingling of two components. One component contains a hair keratin-reducing compound, while the other component consists of a minimum of one organic compound with activated multiple carbon-carbon bond or contains such compound. In given instances, inorganic redox catalysts are additionally contained. The ready-to-use deforming agent may, furthermore, contain redox indicators to allow determination of the usability of the hair keratin-reducing compound.By commingling the two components to a ready-to-use hair deforming agent, the keratin-reducing compound is gradually bonded by adduction to the unsaturated aliphatic compound and thus being rendered unusable for hair deformation. The concentration of the keratin-reducing compound can thus be reduced in the course of the period of application and be adapted to the gradually softening hair.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for achieving a recallable hair deformation. A composition is applied onto hair, comprising at least one active agent, which, alone or in combination with further compounds, is able, after application to the hair and after carrying out the treatment of hair in accordance with the present invention, to provide a shape memory effect. The hair is brought into a defined (permanent) shape and the permanent shape is subsequently fixed by means of inducing a chemical or physical change of the applied agents, wherein after a desired or undesired deformation, the memory shape of the initial memory shape may be recovered by means of a physical stimulation. Suitable active agents are for example macromers which may be cross-linked to provide shape memory polymers, wherein the permanent shape is fixed by means of the chemical cross-linking of the macromer, providing a shape memory polymer, which possesses at least one transition temperature Ttrans. Suitable active agents are also shape memory polymers, which have hard segments which may be cross-linked by physical interactions having a first transition temperature T′trans, which preferably is at least 10° C. above room temperature, and soft segments having a second transition temperature which preferably is at least 10° C. below T′trans. In addition to the permanent hairdo, a second (temporary) shape can be impressed. Furthermore, disclosed is a method for the recovery of a once programmed permanent hairdo, which has been brought into a temporary shape or which has been deformed in any other way.

To provide a permanent shaping which does not leave the hair with an unpleasant odor and is safe for the hair, the hair shaping agent consists essentially of an aqueous composition containing from 0.1 to 30% by weight of at least one Bunte-salt and from 0.5 to 30% by weight of at least one sulfite or hydrogen sulfite. The sulfites and hydrogen sulfites are selected from the group consisting of alkali metal and ammonium sulfites and hydrogen sulfites and alkanolamine salts of sulfurous acid. The Bunte-salts include various thiosulfate-containing compounds.
